Best, calmest hostel in Cordoba! And BY FAR the best value for your money! All private rooms, a great, well organized kitchen with boxes and bins for every room (ive never seen that before!!!). A beautiful calm back garden, and a great host (gracias Juan!). If you want awesome social travelling and dormitories go to Hostel Alvear (its awesome too!), but for private rooms and a calm atmosphere Helsinki is THE BEST!

Good apartment with shared bathroom (I think up to 4 rooms) so might not work for everyone. Great location and really nice host.

Shared bathroom could have been cleaner, floor a little slimy.

The facilities were clean, the room was large, and the location was convenient, but what really made our stay extraordinary was Juan. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were staying with a close friend. We didn't just get to see a city, but we made a new friend.

There really was nothing to complain about, everything at Casa Helsinki was great.

The room was comfortable and the hostel has had a cool aesthetic. The area around the hostel was quite nice with a park and a short walk to the bus stops. Or a 30 minute walk into the centre.

The bathroom felt very unclean. It was like a private apartment rather than a hostel. The kitchen was well equipped but had lots of flies. The room also had some mosquitoes. The staff were friendly but were usually just sitting in the kitchen watching TV.

Everything, Juan is a super Host. The Room was clean. The kitchen is super 👍 hightly recommanded

Apartment was ok

I got message from Casa Helsinki that check out is at 11am and then when we got there one of the hosts told us it is 10 am. On our last day we were almost ready to go and Juan (one of the hosts) said that check out was at 9 and we shouldn’t be here and another people are waiting. Firstly how is it possible that another people were already waiting if check in is at 11am the soonest and it was before 10 am. I told him that other host told us it is 10am but he was just repeatedly saying that it is 9am and another people are waiting. He was saying this very not nice and it made us feel very bad when it wasn’t even our mistake. After that attitude I would not recommend that place. They should decide for one version of check out hour because that’s ridiculous.

The bathroom and room can use a fresh coat of paint.

Big room, plenty of storage space, teo desks and plug sockets next to bed. Brilliant Internet, The kitchen had separate stirage containers for food for each room. The owner was there to let us in esrly in the morning, way before check-in time.

On bookin.com it said we coud pay by card but on arrival we were told we could only pay in pasos. The kitchen wasn't clean. The boiler was old and temperamental and we could smell gas in the kitchen. There was only one bathroom, not two, as suggested on booking.com .

Beautiful place, very nicely decorated and great location. Host was super nice and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We really liked the style of Casa Helsinki with its high ceilings, shutters and tiles. Our room was big and clean and aside from one night where we could hear music nearby, it was nice and quiet. The bathroom was separate to the room and had a hot shower but I think it could have been cleaned more regularly for a shared bathroom. The kitchen is really big and had a wide range of cooking equipment to use. Check in was easy and it was no problem that we arrived later than planned. We liked the location, it’s very close to Plaza Colon and we walked to most places in the city.

For the price we paid, I think the accommodation was really good.

A really lovely stay in an old beautiful house, with a fantastic host Juan. He was super Nice and helpfull, we really felt so welcome. The house has beautiful rooms, a kitchen with all necessary things and a big garden.

The house is a little bit old, so not super clean but it is perfectly fine.

The room was lovely and the host Juan was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The shared kitchen and bathroom were clean and well equipped.

Very nice place, the room, and the facilities. It was very quiet, however we were the only guests. The kitchen is nice and there is an indoor and outdoor area for dining.

The pictures of the property are outdated, many facilities/amenities in the room and common areas no longer exist.

Francisco was amazing. He allowed us to check in early and allowed us to check out at 7pm as we had an evening bus. He was incredibly accommodating and friending. The room had french château vibes and was a welcome break from staying in hostels for a few months.
