Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Great place to stay in El Calafate if you are taking the bus ( it is less than a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal). Room are spacious and quite nice and the breakfast buffet is excellent!

The hotel is a bit too warm (temp-wise).
Great location for the bus station, and easy enough walk to main town as well. Great breakfast and hot showers. Held my luggage for a week whilst I did the W trek etc.

Room for improvement in facilities, like an electric kettle or hot water in rooms or hallways. Likewise, fridge or cold water supply.
Really helpful, friendly and kind staff! Comfy, quiet and warm rooms, after 10 hours of trekking it is important to recover strength and this hotel was perfect. Nice facilities. Delicious breakfast, excellent options for dinner! Tasty food to take away (prepared for tours). Not far from the city centre.

Not me per se, but you will need to to either tackle several flights of stairs or a curving hill road to get to and from the main street and restaurants. Be aware of that.
Located slightly above and outside of the main street, I absolutely loved the vibe of this place and the street it is on. It is a very short walk from a great viewpoint. It's a very spacious hotel. Big lobby, big corridors, big room, big windows etc. Lots of wood. Being away from the main street gives it a more peacful vibe. I'd love to stay here again. Despite being a bit further out than most other hotels, all the day tours we booked still collected here.

The only thing was the hotel is a little noisy when people walk around above you, maybe bring ear plugs

The location. from one side - it very close to the bus terminal, which make it comfortable. From other side - it a bit far from city center, and a climb on stairs needed on return.
The room was spacious and comfort. The facilities were good. The reception was helpful, especially I want to notice Daiana, which operated everything very efficiently, I hope That the bosses in hotal appreciate her.

The shower curtain did not keep all the water from escaping outside of the tub. Glass doors would be much better. The coffee could be improved - it was weak. But these two items are minor. The overall experience was excellent and the cost was reasonable. A good value!
A really nice property. My room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the operable window to let in cool and fresh air. The linens were soft and replaced each day. Plentiful hot water for showering. The common spaces are furnished with beautifully upholstered furniture. The restaurant food was delicious! The staff is warm, welcoming and professional.
