i liked the views so beautiful, staff was pretty cool, very attentive and flexible to my needs the spa was awesome loved that they had massage services and sauna with nice heated pool

I discovered one day before my arrival that I need an extra room for my two kids (they just allow 1 extra child per room ). That cost me twice the price I was expecting to pay . Hotel has a dog called Sonrisa and it seems the manager doesn’t allow the staff to provide food for her.

Impressive Lake’s view . Rooms comfortable and great staff . Everything works fine (internet , sauna , etc )

The heat.... it was far too warm in the hotel for our liking, but the rooms had air con, which was great, and we were able to turn down the under floor heating, which helped in the room. But for us, the hotel was a bit too warm.

The room was lovely, and the views were stunning. The shuttle bus in and out to the town was great. The croissants at breakfast were delicious.

The restaurant situation was a little confusing. What times you could eat, why you needed reservations, what was served when. It seemed to change and especially based on the waiter. Some waiters would come to your table, some waiters wouldn't and you'd have to go to the bar to order. It was a little odd.

The room and view were excellent on the 4th floor. The spa tub was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast. And we really liked the sauna and pool.

The restaurant has a lot to improve. Food was disappointing. They weren't really able to make coffee - it took them forever and the coffee turned out to be watery.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Wonderful view over Lake Argentina. Had tea and coffee facility with fridge. We loved the swimming pool which was warm. We used the laundry facilities which were very prompt. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. We checked in early with no problem.

It’s located just outside of town, so you'll need to schedule taxis if you want to head into the main area. However, if you prefer a more tranquil setting away from the hustle of town, this location is perfect for you.

I think those staying at the hotel should be able to eat on site. We were told there was no availability after a long journey.

Our hotel room had a lovely view over Lake Argentino, a glacier lake of a brilliant blue. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Well located for the park and Perito Moreno Glacier

The hotel had no "heart", is an architects folly and at times felt like a library.

Nothing at all. It was a fabulous place to stay while we explored this area.

The rooms are very comfortable with nice big jacuzzi tubs to soak in and heated floors which were both great after cold winter excursions. The view from the lake front room was spectacular.

The building needs some maintenance and the lower ground floor electrics kept tripping - we assumed the sauna could be causing it, as it often cut out a while after asking for the sauna to be turned on

The design is modern and beautifully considered, the views are wonderful, the breakfasts were excellent, and staff generally friendly

Breakfast was very limited

The hotel is situated just outside of Calafate. It has a very nice lounge where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The room is spacious and clean. The spa facilities are good but basic. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with very limited savory options. I believe that the price could be slightly lower for what the hotel offers.
