Cleaning lady in our dorm always touch our stuff. I got that she have to work and our bags make it difficult. BUT! She mixed our stuff. Some guys lost their things and some found stuff neibours then already leaved hostel. Please, explaine clining lady that stuff is PRIVICY!!! NOBODY DONT LIKE THEN SOMEONE TOUCH YOU THINGS

Hostel is the best for this price. Close to bus terminal, have bbq, good pool. I meet here amazing travellers who is also staing in this hostel. Yes, this is not hotel, but stuff are nice, helpful, try to keep clean. For backpackers or travellers with less budjet is the best one place for stay.

The size of the dormitory for 5 was a bit small, so not so much space to put your backpack.

Very well located near the busterminal and city centre. Nice garden area with swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good!!!

The bed are not so confortable ! It's not the best place to meet People, more a quiet place so if it's your mood at that moment it's perfect (or if you are with friends it's perfect as well)

The swimming pool and the garden are really Nice to chill with friends ! Quiet place in the center (well we still can hear the cars from the road, but still, it's pretty quiet). Perfect location.

The location is great. 5 min walk from bus station. staff is helpful and cool. beds are not comfortable. hostel is clean, breakfast basic but tasty.

I changed hostels after the first night - it is very old and dirty - they did not change the sheets after I checked out (ppl who stayed an other night in the hostel were in the room when they just rearranged the bed without changing the sheets) - there was no water in the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - everything just felt dirty and old (mattress, sheets that come off the mattress as soon as you lay down, pillow) - air-conditioning existed but was very loud and old - window doesn't close all the way

The ac is an old thing, noisy when it works. The private shower was so small. The kitchen.. lets say I opened the doors of the cabinets looking for something and I have seen it was not been used or cleaned in the last decade.

The location is good- close to the bus terminal but in a quiet area. The pool, especially after a long hot day in the park was wonderful things to come back to, refreshing and relaxing.

I felt like I was in a garbage dump. I do not recommend staying here. It is dirty, the bed linen is torn and not clean. It smells like sewage.

The bathroom in our room had the most disgusting smell from the drains. I know this is an issue in many hostels in South America but this was the worst we encountered in 3 months across 6 countries. Not only that but when the shower, sink or toilet were used water would leak out from the fixtures and flood the bathroom. This seemed to be a known issue by the staff. When we reported it they offered to give us a new room but, since we were only staying one more night, we did not take it. We were given a mop to deal with the water. The windows in the room and en suite did not close fully/did not create a seal. As such, I found numerous ants all over the room which was not great. The refrigerators in the communal kitchen were extremely dirty and we did not feel safe leaving food in there over night. The actual fridges need a thorough deep clean and there were half eaten sandwiches, packets of meat, etc sitting on the shelves uncovered and not on plates or in containers.

The staff promise to prepare the breakfast at 6.30am but finally he can't make it, so we didn't enjoy the breakfast. That evening when we checked in the hostel, we found out there have no water supply in the hostel. After we make the complaint, the staff called the maintenance to fix it at night and he told us that whole day no water supply in the hostel. We wonder why the staff didn't solve it immediately when it happen.
