The only thing I dislike was the mattress.

The hotel was very clean and organized. The room was clean and very comfortable except for the mattress that was a little old, the bathroom was very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always with smile to answer questions.

All the staff are very kindly. The room it's clean and warm. The breakfast it's very nice. The location it's closer than all. It's to do all walking. I was feeling like home.

The hardness of the mattress.

Very welcoming family owned hotel. Good size room for 4 nights. Excellent continental breakfast and located on a side street just a few blocks walk uphill from the main street in Ushuaia, so reasonably quiet. Took about 10 mins to walk down to the main street. There is a very nice local restaurant nearby that the hotel recommended that is much cheaper than eating downtown. There are rooms at ground level and on the first floor. The only issue in staying here was the beds are very hard so it was a little difficult to get to sleep. The bathroom in our room is probably due for a refurb in the not too distant future.

We were on the ground floor so a little noisy in the mornings. But also might have been more sensitive than usual as we were jet lagged. Took us a while to work out how the shower worked. But good once it got started.

The overall design was really lovely. Very comfortable and calming.

The walls were quite thin - we could hear noise from the breakfast/lounge area in our room.

Super friendly and helpful staff who arranged our airport pickup, and went out of their way to help with luggage issues. The included breakfast was one of the best we had in Argentina, and the place had a really nice, bright feel.

The location is good and the staff are nice. It’s the perfect place to stay in Ushuaia. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

Bed was a lot harder than I’m use to but still managed to sleep well.

Spectacularly clean and the staff were really helpful. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to downtown area. Very warm cosy hotel more like a traditional bed and breakfast with private bathroom, than a hotel which enhanced my stay.

Only once had a slight water pressure issue but that went away .

The cosy yet professional style. I felt welcome and at home right away. The staff is charming, knowledgeable and even contacted me ahead of my arrival with suggestions if activities they could arrange for me. The building is also charming. The room was quite and perfect size .

There was an issue with the heater in our room. There was either the temperature of a sauna or freezing cold, no middle way. No good isolation, you hear everything from the other rooms. Bathroom is a little worn out.

The owner is lovely and the whole staff is super helpful with suggestions, assistance to book excursions, transport, etc. Great breakfast. Good location. Room is simple, but perfectly served the purpose.

Our room was on the second floor so it was hard for us to bring our big luggages to our room since there’s no elevator only stairs.

Had to keep the taps running for ages to get hot water. A bit noisy with people coming and going in the evening but nice and quiet all night so it wasn’t a problem

Made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Nicely decorated room, good location a couple of blocks from the Main Street. Lovely breakfast with everything you need (hot and cold)

Nothing. The WiFi connection isn't the best in case you need it for work, but I think it was good enough given that it's at the very end of the world. :)
