Thin walls, having their on exchangerate way higher ( I complained and they adjusted it) than any other. Breakfast was not much.

Breakfast is hopeless, just the cookies and cakes that are stale and old. We have to ask for everything, cutlery, jam and butter, i.e. margarine. The kitchen staff isn't polite.

Hosteria Los Helechos is located in a nice jungle garden. The room is simple but quite large, the bathroom is ok, the towels are clean. When we arrive there is no internet, fortunately, they fix it in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the premises which is a plus.

Poor view directly onto the street so had to keep the curtains closed, but it wasn’t a very busy street so ok for short stay. Clean bathroom but dark and very basic. Electric spark from the plug.

Basic but excellent value for money. Good breakfast, great location for bus station and fun surroundings with the courtyard garden!

The staff, at least some of them, seemed to be very bored. Not really reactive when information was asked. Breakfast is at 7am but before 7.30 you will not get anything. Room needed some maintence, swimming pool seemed a bit abandon.

Nice garden and very quiet please, close to Omnibus station and some amenties.

Wish the staff were a little more helpful with getting us a taxi. It’s in an area that taxis aren’t driving by constantly. We asked the staff if they could get us one and they said no. Luckily we had the number of a driver we could contact on what’sapp who came and picked us up

We only stayed one night while visiting the falls so it was good enough for the night :)

No hot water kettle in the room but hot water is provided at the reception area. Tip: bring a hot water flask. The shower area can be improved. Need a bedside lamp and powerpoint for telephone charger.

The location was good, short walk to the Bus terminal and restaurants.

The breakfast was ok, the dinner menu didn't have much options and electricity went out twice for the night we were there like for an hour each time.

The location was good, approx. 20min from the Iguazu National Park. Good if you're on a budget. The facilities were ok, got the job done.

Perfectly located 3 minutes by foot to the Central Bus Terminal, beautiful garden with tropical plants. Good breakfast with pastries, fresh fruits, orange juice and coffee.

A/C had to be repaired as it wasn't functioning. No hot water in shower. Dirty top blanket on bed. Broken light switch. Difficult door lock. No key card access as described. Room needs some TLC.

There was a problem with our toilet as it was leaking, however this was quickly fixed within 20 minutes by the maintenance guy. In the room, the socket was awkward as it was directly in middle of the bed between it and the wall. Also, the breakfast was not great as I am vegetarian but everyone was automatically given a ham and cheese sandwich, meaning my boyfriend had to give me his medialuna as I was unable to eat the sandwich. Finally, we would recommend blackout curtains as the light shining in at 4am woke us up, which was quite unpleasant.

The location was good, it was a 5 minute walk to the bus station where you could catch a direct bus to Iguazu Falls. The male receptionist was very pleasant and gave us a free upgrade which was very nice, meaning we had our own bathroom. Also, it was great value for money!
