Check out was at 10am, too early, but they offered to keep our luggage if needed. Breakfast wasn't great, coffee was lukewarm and tasted like instant coffee. Pasties were ok, appreciate that they had some boiled eggs.

Rooms are amazing, large, nicely furnished, great views, and comfortable bed. Amazing location. Nice loving room area for guests and outside sitting facing the lake. Lovely location, plenty of parking.

Very clean, felt like at home, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices and with a fantastic view on the lake. Very quiet environment far from the noises of El Calafate center. We had fantastic rest and silent nights after the all day long excursions. It is a bit far from downtown, but it is possible to borrow two bikes and in 15 minutes of ride alongside the lake you are in the very center (we also saw many people preferring walking).

The room was too hot, we asked twice to set the temperature but it didn’t work. Even located in the Main Street, It’s not very close to the restaurants, however if you have a car it will be great.

Very good hotel overall! Breakfast is quite complete, room is comfortable and large with a nice view to the lake. There is a nice bathroom with good shower and tube. WiFi works fine. Staff was very friendly.

All facilities and the rooms itself were really nice. Manager Anna was incredible kind and helpful. Enjoyed the stay because of her mostly.

WiFi in one of our rooms was perfect, but didn’t work well in the other room.

The hotel style and design were perfect and gave it a lodge feel. Anna, who checked us in, was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with a variety of fruits, breads, and boiled eggs. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but we didn’t need it with the cool weather, since you could open the windows, and the hotel is in a quiet area.

The street outside the hotel. Some taxis struggled a little bit due to the condition of it but of course this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything was perfect, from our warm reception till the end. The personnel are very experienced and very friendly. They will assist you in any need. The take away lunch they prepared for our trip was a 10+. The location might not be centric but it guarantee you a total Patagonian ranch feeling, very relaxing and cozy.

The host; Anna was so warm and personable. She waited late for us to come from Chile and welcomed us with open arms; literally (hugs and kisses). She made me feel such at home and like I had someone looking out for me. Asked if I wanted coffee for my long drive (even tho it was already 12am) or she would make us food if we didn’t eat. I just appreciated everything she offered to us. Anna if you read this, thank you for everything you did for us and offered us. We appreciated it immensely.

The host was very welcoming and shared lots of valuable information with us that made our visit to El Calafate a real joy and very memorable. The hotel is very clean and has a great location by the lake on the outskirts of town, which makes it quiet and a good place to relax.

It is a bit out of town and we had to order a taxi to go into Centre of town. The language barrier with receptionist who only spoke a little bit of English was a challenge, but she was very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely our favorite hotel in El Calafate. We were stuck here for 3 weeks while our car was being fixed and had the opportunity to test out 6 different hotels in total. This place felt like home. Everyone that worked there was so kind. The shower was wonderful and they left us bath salts for the tub! We had a beautiful view of the lake and this area is way more peaceful than in downtown. It is about a 30-40 minute beautiful walk along the lake to town, or they also have bicycles they let us use! The breakfast was great and everything was sparkling clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again to everyone!! we had such a wonderful stay.

Everything was great!

Fantastic location with the lake in the backyard. Very clean and good decor. They have a wonderful sun room that gets excellent sunlight in the morning and evening. Our flight was late in the evening but they let us hang around in the sunroom and even offered coffee while we waited. Anna is such a nice person!! She gave us very warm welcome. The electricity was gone but she gave us the room and let us relax. While waiting for electricity, we were chitchatting and told her about a tour operator not picking up from the hotel. She called them up later and had us picked up from the hotel. She had good stories about the area. Maria Jose was all the other staff were great too. Generally, their breakfast is from 7-10 but we had a tour at 6:30am. Anna informed the kitchen staff and they had something for us at 6am!!! Thank you so much for your Service and Hospitality!! Appreciate it.

Also we clearly ordered one steak for dinner to share, we received two. That felt a bit dodgy. Definitely not worth the full price.

Nice traditional rooms. Got an amazing deal (45USD/night) and thus were really happy with everything. Fresh juice for breakfast. Large variety of cakes. Wonderfully peaceful.

It was far away from the centre (45 minute walk), this would have been fine had the hotel offered a bar and/or restaurant which were both shut. This should be made clear before the visit as it really limited our options in the evening.

Lovely wooden building with an alpine feel. It had wonderful views of the lake and large windows to enjoy them from. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful as well.
