Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. The location is convenient to visit the Cemetery Recoleta (5 min walk), museo de fine art (walk 12 min). To other places, you can take Uber, most ride are within $5. There are many restaurants within walking distance, including to a famous Michelin star Aramburu ( if you wish to eat economically, go to its next door sister restaurant owned by the same chef), great quality and normal prices. The hotel staff at front desk are helpful and polite. In comparison the restaurant staff are less warm. The rooms are big enough. They can keep luggage free of charge. The rooftop gym , sauna and terrace are a bonus. We love to spend time there, quiet and clean.

AustraliaDidn't like being given a room designed for disabled guest. Difficult to shower without water going everywhere. Also, the room had no chair to sit on to watch TV or relax.
Breakfast was good with lots of options both hot and cold. Nice surroundings. The front desk were really acomodating when I asked to have a small bag stored there for two weeks while I was on a cruise.

BrazilThe handicapped bathroom is inappropriate for non handicapped couples. The whole bathroom gets wet as there is no shower curtains. The breakfast could have been more varied but acceptable.
The attention we got from everyone at the hotel was very good. We wil remember our stay mainly due to them. Location is another very positive aspect. We got the handicapped bedroom so which had a very comfortable double bed. Breakfast was as expected.

Loved the neighbourhood, loved the staff, loved the room. Also, my room was super quiet, I didn't hear anything the whole time I stayed. The gym was small but it has what you need. This will be my go-to on future trips. Also, I was able to walk to Recoleta Cemetary, so although I was visiting for work, I was able to feel like I saw something also. There's also a vegan bakery just around the corner, and I was able to get lunch there to take to my conference every day. There wasn't a minibar, so if you're looking for an alcohol-free room, this hotel is a good option.
