The breakfast was nice but the only area that could be improved on is to have a broader menu for breakfast.

Exceptional accommodation in the heart of El Calafate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure myself and my wife were happy and comfortable. The accommodation was at a very high standard and we will definitely stay in Mabra suites on our return to El Calafate. WiFi was strong. A special mention to the two ladies who served the breakfast. Very impressive establishment.

The breakfast concept is based on a menu. It is a good concept but needs to be further developed (e.g. add eggs to the sweet and natural option), as the quantities are very small and the predefined choices are very restrictive. People coming to El Calafate spend long days outside in the national parks and everyone needs a solid breakfast in the morning :)

Everything is great - new hotel, very nice rooms, beds, bathrooms.. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and laundry provided by the hotel service was impeccable!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the location was right next to the main restaurant street, and the rooms were just what we needed for an overnight before heading out to our day's adventures. Two other notes: 1) They made us packed lunches to be ready early in the morning before we headed to the glaciers. If you need that for your day's activities, just ask! We thought we'd need to go to a grocery store or buy one of the pre-made lunch boxes available in town. This option was good value, great sandwiches and EASY. 2) We can also recommend the attached coffee shop. The baked goods were fantastic, as was the coffee and hot chocolate. Perfect afternoon treat.

the breakfast menu that was included in our stay was a bit limited but it was good!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was so so so comfortable! The front desk staff was so nice, sweet and helpful! I would highly recommend everyone to stay here during their stay El Calafate!

The air-con unit was not connected to electricity and therefore could not use it ie plug and cable to short to connect

This is an amazing brand new, modern hotel, right in the center of town next to the shops and restaurants. Also very convenient for pick up and drop off for tours. The hotel has a nice coffee shop/bar area. Highly recommended for a stay in El Calafate.
