We liked the hotel for the location, comfort, helpful staff and reasonable price. I found the breakfast foods had too much sugar and carbohydrate in nearly everything available. The only thing I could eat was eggs, cheese, ham and fruit. It would be appreciated if the yogurt was sin sugar and some gluten free bread was available for those who have health issues and don’t eat gluten or sugar.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was also good. The location is very central in Mendoza. The hotel itself is a little tired inside, but the rooms were spacious.

The accommodation has a very old infrastructure. The quality of the bed and pillows are not good, as is the lighting in the room

We didn’t want to bother the front desk with this, but the pillows we had were so hard we could have slept on a pile of brick it would have been the same. We also think that there was not enough outlet available in the room. We were only able to find one next to a desk far from the bed and another one in the bathroom. Would be nice to have some closer to the head of the bed.

The location was truly ideal for our stay in Mendoza! The team members were really helpful with their recommendations and they really came through for us! Special mention for the included breakfast that was really good!

Although breakfast was included, it was nothing to look forward to. Very crowdy and less quality than quantity. Cleaning in the room was in general good but not spotless.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few blocs distance to Plaza Independencia and a number of nice restaurants within reach. Staff was very helpful, as always in Argentina.Taking into consideration that we received a good exchange rate and price by the hotel, it was extremely good value for money.

The hotel doesn't really have a bar. You could ask for a drink, but for example there's no wine or cocktails available. Breakfast is ok, but especially focused on people who like it (very) sweet. Don't try the orange juice, it tasted terrible. Everything feels a little outdated.

Very good location, close to the central park. The room was small but very clean and had all the comfort. Very nice and clean pool. Parking inside the hotel is nice and safe.

Incredible staff. Agustina is remarkably kind and helpful (and definitely deserves a raise!). We also greatly appreciated Alejandro's help and ingenuity! Location is unbeatable, steps away from Plaza Independencia, which is in the heart of the city, and walking distance to all the other nice plazas and main streets. Hotel was big, clean, and pool was great. Breakfast with gluten-free options upon request appreciated.

Breakfast service was lacking with food running out and not replaced, one morning we came down and every table was full of dirty plates from previous guests. The air conditioning unit in the room was too noisy to run at night meaning we were very hot. We were also in a room right next to the elevator shaft which was very noisy from about 5am onwards every morning.

I asked to for and cleaning service of our laundry and it was very expensive. And they don't read the messages on booking so when i asked 1month before to get a pick-up service from the airport it wasn't possible to organise because they didn't saw it.

The staff was very helpful and the pool was perfectly clean and helpful to refresh during the day. The room was clean and we had a lot of space.

Too old bedroom, without any kind of carpet and noise of pigeons constantly coming from the roof. It needs a renewal if willing to keep this price level.

The bed was one of the worst i have tried to sleep on. Every time you leave the air conditioning is off so the room is stifling when you return.

The hotel is in a great location near the park and lots of great places to eat and shop. The pool area is really nice.

Hotel is in need of a refresh and towels need replacing. However it is very clean and has air conditioning which was fantastic! The pool was very small One coat hanger and the safe was broken in the room.

Friendly staff and hotel was in a good central location. Nice breakfast with varied cakes and choices.
