The lift was erratic in its performance, to say the least. it did not help that often one could not see the floor number on the internal display, so mistakes on floor arrival and direction (up or down) were common.

The location is extraordinary, on an important road and very close to the center. For such a central hotel, it is amazing that it also provides swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was open during a large time window and very well supplied. My standard room was spacious and with dest, chair and reading armchair. Staff was very competent and always attentive to my questions or requests.

In breakfast area, cleaning in for glasses, forks, spoons, knives are extremely dirty, such a 5 star hotel all these equipments must be cleaned or changed

The facility needs an upgrade. The faucet is leaking and restroom door handle is loose. The main entrance revolving door stuck, they have to assign a man standing by to lead customers go through a side door.

The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of variety.

In our check in, we has a little bit of challenge with the lady in the reception regarding the City tax which was a bit of English-Spanish communication and that led to a not welcoming Check-in but other than that the staff, specifically in the restaurant and breakfast were so friendly and respectful.

Lift was on the blink quite a lot. The room was in need of a makeover. Expensive compared to similar hotels in the area.

Some snobby staff.

Food was excellent. Some staff seemed a little snobby, (receptionists not counted, theyve clearly had worse & if a client can pay...etc ), I tipped the waiter who was bothered to serve me, I would've guessed the rest deliberately ignored me because of the way I was dressed, which was solely because my flight got cancelled & I booked a luxury hotel last minute. Shame on people who judge others on appearance. I didn't have chance to review all facilities as my rearranged flight had me leave after 3¼ hrs sleep. I could imagine they were all top quality as was the hotel from what I saw.

The hotel is tired and needs an upgrade.

Wonderful staff who did everything they could to help. Central location that’s walking distance, but down town BA can be confronting with the number of homeless people roaming the streets.

Even though this is a 5 star hotel, it is similar to a 3 star ( European standard). The room had a weird smell, and the bathroom tap kept leeking, but overall, if you do not have that high expectations, it's quite a good value for the money!

The rooftop panoramic sauna was the best i have ever seen. Also the pool was very clean and not crowded! The staff is great and friendly!

We wanted an extra bed for our son to sleep on but they would charge you $50/night for it. We opted out which made our stay a little uncomfortable. We stayed in a club level room and had drink vouchers included which we wanted to use for water, but they would not allow it. Also, the breakfast was just OK. Some of the pastries were bit stale, butok if you are looking for a quick option.

The room was comfortable and big enough for our family. We had a beautiful view from our room and the location was central.

We had hard time to adjust temperature. It was very cold in the room. It took us couple times phone calls. Three people came to fix the problem. Finally, it was OK.

Breakfast assortment may be improved. It would be lovely to find some wellness facilities. Sound insulation between rooms may be improved.

Perfect location, especially if you plan - as we did - to walk around the city centre. The staff is very helpful. Room, bar and lobby facilities are clean and offer a pleasant environment flooded with natural light. Recommended!
