I felt very comfy and Rudolfo took a lot of care to make me feel welcome &comfortable. Thank you Rudolfo! The rooms are lovely decorated, clean, the windows are renewed (doble glass) so you don’t hear the street noise. The location is well-situated.

Lovely small and cozy hotel in the central location. It locates one block away from the huge avenue, so it was quiet at night. Comfortable room and beds, clean, good breakfast. Very helpfull people, especially Rudolfo. Thanks a lot for the nice stay!

The front desk staff was very helpful. Rodolfo who greeted us upon arrival was superb. He recommended a great Italian restaurant and shared the name of its manager who treated us like royalty. He kept a couple of our suitcases in storage until our return from Salta. Rodolfo is a great asset to the hotel and should be recognized by management. Gracias, Rodolfo for all your help!!

The only minor thing was the hot breakfast would be gone before we got there (ends at 10:30 am). This was really our fault b/c we were late getting going every day. The coffee was still excellent, made to order, and there were other things to eat so we didn't go hungry.

We like smaller "Boutique" hotels and this one was exactly that. The room was huge, lots of space to spread out the 6 pieces of luggage we needed for our 12 day cruise. The hotel is only a block off the Avenida 9 De Julio in the city center so everything we wanted to see in our 2 days was close walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us directions on their 3D map in the lobby and suggesting dining places and money exchange options (very necessary in Argentina in March 2024). Price was VERY good for what we booked and got (a king room). Highly recommend!

Beds are very hard as is the pillow. Day front desk staff spoke little English. It was difficult to communicate with him at times.

The only thing that requires a bit of improvement would have been the breakfast. Needs a bit more choice but the coffee was good and they had some nice biscuits.

Lovely boutique hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable and nice to look at. The whole hotel was well thought out and the decorations brought us back in time...beautiful. The staff were very helpful and answered all our many questions. The location ideal, we were able to walk to many spots.

The location is very central and the staff is lovely. The hotel is a bit dated (they are definitely antique) but is charming! Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

There was a bit of confusion at check-in—at first we were given a room inferior to what I’d reserved, but the mistake was soon corrected.

This is an elegant, historic hotel. I really appreciated all the mementos from an earlier century—all the old photographs, dance shoes, pearls, evening bags and fascinators in beautiful old glass case. Our room was very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. I slept better there than at home.

It's.on a gritty street but better than average for Buenos Aires.

Nicely decorated with memorabilia about singers and other performers. All the features I like in a traditional hotel without any pretention. Staff all knew what they were doing.

The hotel is so close to perfection, but the pillows were really uncomfortable, and the bed was too hard, also the bathtub didn’t have a plug so I could only use it for a shower. Just fix these small issues and its the perfect stay!

The staff was amazing, they were very kind both to me and my friends who didn’t even stay at the hotel. Location is perfect as well.

A wonderful boutique-style hotel, beautifully decorated with such an attention to detail! We loved our 4 day stay… clean, nice rooms, solid breakfast as an excellent start to explore Buenos Aires on foot, taxi or public transportation. Especially nice, supportive staff with lot‘s of good recommendations for restaurants or things to do.

I was extremely impressed with the manager who was on duty on 3/12/23 my flight from Buenos Aires to Santiago was cancelled and he was extremely helpful and assisted me in booking another flight. The location was great, I had a large room that was very comfortable and the hotel was good value for money.
