The hotel is well located, its lobby and restaurante are very nice, recently remodeled, unfortunately remodelation was undergoing for the rooms, so the whole room area was old and very used. I`m sure , when remodeling is over, its going to end up being a very nice hotel.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and the ground floor has also been renovated (very nice). The rooms, however, are in dire need of renovation! For one night and for the price we paid, it was fine. However, we would not book again.

The location of the hotel is good and the staff is very friendly. There is always drinking water and hot water available in the lobby.

The common area doesn't have heat so it is very cold and they have a fire place, which would make this place 5x better if they used it, but the fireplace in the common area does not get used sadly. This is really the only complaint and is very minor. Just would elevate the experience a lot

The communal spaces are great. We spent a rainy afternoon in the downstairs area drinking some beers that the staff had kindly refrigerated for us. We booked the room last minute and did not have great expectations but we liked the hotel and would happily return.

We were there when it was unusually hot so it was difficult to keep the room well ventilated. Hopefully it won't be so hot in the future but ceiling fans on the top floor might help.

Lovely breakfast and nice common spaces! The rooms were comfortable too. The staff were also very friendly. The hotel was well located right in the centre of town.

Room bathrooms could use some upgrade, our shower faucet broke down had to shower in a different room; when we came back to the hotel and asked if issue had been resolved, the front desk staff wasn't aware of the issue, but got someone to work on it immediately.

Spacious and clean rooms and a great downstairs area for breakfast or to relax. Breakfast itself was very Argentinian, as to be expected, mainly medialunas, toast, ham and cheese, but did have a few fruit and cereal offerings (very sugary!). Great location in the centre of town.

The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. One of our bathrooms had mold in the ceiling. Sounds from the corridor travel to the rooms very easily. One of our rooms was next to the elevator, which was rather noisy.

The breakfast was really nice and the common area is very stylish. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is superb.

Rooms were small and we had booked a double bed but got two singles instead. Parking wasn't clear where it was located. Not much light in the rooms.

Staff were very friendly and one spoke English. Breakfast had a little more than other options in the area (e.g. more bread options, fruit, etc.). Shower was good enough, and rooms were warm. The foyer was a nice space and the location is ideal. Good value for money.

Unfortunately, there are many things we did not like. In general it was dirty and rundown, in a very bad shape, with dirty carpets, sockets hanging from the wall with the cables out, stains everywhere, moist, flaking walls... The rooms were also very small, and with little commodities, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was extremely simple and poor, with little options besides bread, croissant, some fruits, coffee and yogurt. The parking lot was also in a very bad shape, dirty disorganized... Overall, to be honest for the high price I cannot recommend this place.

Clerks are really nice and friendly, always available and willing to help. Breakfast is included (though quite poor) and there is a small parking lot for clients, free of use. It is well located right in downtown, safe, and around 15 min walk from the pier.

Room is simple, just beds and bathroom, clean and functional, with heating. Breakfast is also simple but also delicious. Staff is lovely, super friendly and always available to help.
