  “We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated apartment in Brezau. The space perfectly balances modern comfort with traditional charm from the Bregenzerwald — all wood and full of character. The host Sandra was fantastic and made everything easy, including a smooth key handover. Great location too, with supermarkets and restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended!”

We tried to contact Booking.com for support, but we could only reach automated responses—no human assistance was available. We didn’t stay even a single minute at the property, despite having reserved it for nine nights, and we were unable to get any refund from Booking.com. My advice: avoid booking through Booking.com. Once they receive your payment, they ignore all your messages and complaints. Period.”

  “Christine very kindly gave us a two bed roomed apartment when she heard one of us would be sleeping on the sofa bed. The apartment was amazing - very spacious ( dining, living , terrasse, bathroom). fully equipped kitchen ( saucepans , utensils, coffee etc) towels. Central location in Bezau - ski bus to Mellau. Storage room for skis and boots. Highly recommend the apartment.”

  “Good location, amazing staff. Enough parking spots. Apartment more or less equip with all important. The apartments are not located in the main building, so for breakfast and dinner you have to get dressed and walk about 200 meters. We appreciated the option of having dog with us.”
