“What began as a nice holiday, ended in an traumatic experience. A staff member of the kids club named Daniela attempted assault on our 3 year old son due not speaking German and so didnt understand what the woman was saying in German as he speaks English and Dutch. Although making notification with the management and trying to come to an solution, none of them showed any care or to solve this in a proper way.”
