“The apartment is good, but this is the financial fraud as the company which handles the apartment takes 250€ the secure deposit for your stay which they are supposed to return the next day after your staying ends, but instead of that they just cheat you. They say they have done the deposit refund, but as soon as they send the money, they just cancel their transaction and you never get your deposit money back. So if you choose this apartment, just plus 250€ to the cost of staying as they will keep this deposit money too. When you ask them directly for the deposit, they say, of course, please fill the special form so the financial team might find out what’s happening, but in this form there is even no option to choose the refund of the secure deposit plus they need more 14 days to read your request, unbelievable. So, I consider this is a real fraud financial scheme to cheat the clients. Am not recommending this company as soon as their properties.”
