“Amazing place and hotel. We had a small inconvenient with the apartment availability but staff was super nice and solved the issue the following day, granting us an even better solution than the one we selected.
The position is extraordinary peaceful, view and sunsets are incredible up there. Great pool and spa, with a unique natural pond: we enjoyed every area even as a family with a small child. Very nice play areas both outdoor and indoor, also very nice walking trails around the hotel, were you can see a few animals too! We had the chance to try the restaurant and everything was really good.

Our Deluxe room was beautifully designed and offered breathtaking mountain views. The spa area was lovely, and the pool water was pleasantly warm, perfect for swimming even in cooler weather. Dinner was also delicious and very well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience!”
