Great room and great breakfast! A bit out of town but in the hip in hip off line so worked well. Great staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially for shopping, with all the major stores and a large mall nearby. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance. While you will need public transportation to visit most of Vienna's main attractions, it is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The staff was also very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent.

The last moment we received a message that we will not stay in the hotel due to technical issues. We got apartments. Apartments were so dirty, everything was broken, when it was raining everything leaking throw the window to the bed. O never saw so dirty apartments. Apartments d7

Clean, well-positioned, and an incredible price for the location. On top of that, they make the best jam in the world!

Breakfast was porky organised. One staff serving all. When we arrived around 9.20 there was literally nothing left apart from few pieces of cake and tomato with mozzarella. Later they brought more plates but one by one and not many slices on the plate so after 2-3 clients empty plate. Poor breakfast and not nice place to eat.

Very nice for the price, the hotel is unbelievably good. It's very close to the U6 metro line which is connected perfectly with either the center of the city, or the P+R Siebenhirten Parkhaus where we left our car (recommended). Reception is nice, free breakfast buffet is also nice, recommended!

The fridge didn't work.

Location was good, staff was friendly.

Room was not like the ones in the photos but a small attic room. There was no chair in the room or real closet. Just a bed that was not cofortable. Breakfast had very little option. It was ok for a low budget accomodation but for this rate per night I expected more.

The location had been perfect, just a few meters away from westbanhof station. The rooms are modern and the staff pretty friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but good enough to start your day.

Although the bathroom seems to be renovated and modern, there are a few disturbing problems. The most important is the transparent glass door, which deprives you from any kind of privacy. Also, there was a problem of humidity on the ceiling of the bathroom. Moreover, there were a lot of ants walking on the floor. The second day we asked the staff to help us. They used some kind of chemicals, but ants were not totally vanished. When you pay 120€ per night, you expect something perfect. Finally, in the area around the ubanh we saw a lot of drugs/ alcohol addicted people. Had I been travelling alone, I would have been scared.

The room was nice and comfortable but staff is super helpful. Next time in Vienna, of course I will come back

Good location near Westbahnhof

The breakfast was simple but OK, of course a big space for improvement.

I came to Vienna to see live concert in the Stadthalle. Very convinent location to the the venue! The staff is very nice :) They told me that I could also left my luggage until departure.

Within walking distance to tourists attractions. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and had nice coffee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The room was spacious and the location was near a train station and tram service. The front reception staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Check out time of 10am seems a bit early compared to other hotels . There was some building work next to the hotel which would be temporary I believe.
