Excellent hotel. Corporate, but welcoming to families in equal measure. Parking on-site and plentiful, which is not always the case in hotels like this. Welcome drink on arrival. Very spacious rooms. Excellent food, both in the evening and for breakfast. The pools were great and were very quiet.

GermanyThe hotel itself is great — but a hotel like this also deserves great staff, and unfortunately, I can’t say that about everyone here. In the evening, we were welcomed by a trainee who did an excellent job. He was not only friendly, but also very professional and even had an extra smile for my little daughter — that’s how you want to feel as a guest! The lady in the wellness area was also super friendly, exactly what you hope for when you’re on vacation. We had dinner at the restaurant and were welcomed, advised, and served so kindly — the same at breakfast, with a very warm and friendly greeting. Unfortunately, one younger lady with long brown hair at the reception completely ruined this positive impression during check-out in the morning. She was visibly annoyed, disinterested, impatient, and unfriendly. Honestly, no — that’s not how it should be. In my opinion, someone with that attitude is simply in the wrong job and should work in the background, not directly with guests.

IcelandPoor communication from staff in general including telling me the wrong time for breakfast and cost, and hanging up the phone on me multiple times on purpose after being rude, when I was trying to get directions and confirmation for accessible parking. This is not ok. It made me want to cancel my stay but I am glad I went anyway. Customer service could definitely improve. Toilet button had fingerprints all over it and hadn't been cleaned, and floor in the room also hadn't been cleaned properly. Even though the hotel is wheelchair accessible, the disabled car spaces are just normal sized car spaces close to the lift. For those with mobility devices that need extra space to open car doors etc (wheelchair, crutch and rollator users) these are not adequate or within the regulatory guidelines. The two accessible parking spaces should only be one, which would then be the right size. No accessibility for the pool - apparently there is an accessible entrance somewhere if you get a key card but I coudn't find it. Was told this only on check out when I asked.
Gorgeous, spacious room with floor to ceiling windows. High ceilings, large comfortable bed, nicely furnished. Wheelchair accessible bathroom and entrance. Seamless parking and check-in process. Shopping centre and food right across the road (but note this is closed on Sundays).

FranceThere is only one restaurant which is at the ground floor, the menu is quite disappointing. I had a burger, it was bad, over crispy bun and water taste steak. Service is excellent but you really have to propose a real menu other than finger food. It’s a shame that the top floor is only used for breakfast, so much potential with the Mountain View and sunset.

BulgariaThe only disappointment is that the parking is 15 Euro per night even for guests. The breakfast is quite expensive too. They charge 150 Euro in addition as a deposit and don't tell you about it. The mini-bar in the room is empty and I don't understand what is the deposit for!
