The air conditioning is central, so you can’t make the room colder in the summer days. There room was too warm in August.

For the second night i asked the staff receptionist if i cand pay the parking outside again when my 2 hours is gone because i didnt know if you can repeat the payment or its only 2 hours max, the receptionist replies like : What Am I ? Parking Patrol ? and i find it rude just to be human with a simple answer.

The staff was very good with us, you had everything you need, very good and i recommend to eveyone this.

The bathroom sink stopper got blocked and we basically couldn’t use the sink cause it would overflow. They said it’s a design problem with the sink and got fixed the next day.

Nice hotel in a new developed area with office buildings. It was easily accessible from the center by taking a tram for 15-20 mins. The personnel was nice and welcoming.

For breakfast I would have hoped for more optiona for vegetarians. The location was a bit far from the city centre, but there were bus/tram stops very close to the hotel.

The beds were not that big, and the toilett tissues were missing but for that price, everything was more-less fine. We were ssatisfied with the price offer.

The staff was usefull and helpfull so we finisched the check in process smoothly. Also the check-out was smooth also. The stores nearby and the petrol station are nearby, where also you can buy a parking ticket.

Definitely not suitable for a long time stay. Breakfast food was the same every morning. No porridge, no variety of vegetables and fruit, not a big variety of cereal, no mayo for eggs that we had every morning. Sometimes food was gone already before 9 even though breakfast is until 10. No properly working AC in the room. For a family with small kids it was quite hard to manage the washing as the sink is quite high and there are no handles in the shower. No potty for a small child. The staff didn’t know anything related to city public transport or laundry washing possibilities. Most of the staff don’t know basic English, so it was difficult to communicate the needs at times. The windows were difficult to open and as the room was on the 10th floor it was quite dangerous to leave the window open with the kids inside the room. No cupboards or wardrobes to place clothes, no chairs, no fridge. All in all not suitable for a long time stay. The public transport is close but still difficult to manage a quick getaway to the city centre - if you go to the centre, you have to stay there all day as it is quite time consuming to be going back and forth.

The room cleaning was great! Always fresh towels and bed linen, the garbage was always taken out and the cleaning ladies were so nice and smiling all the time. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, especially the lady at the breakfast who was always willing to help the children. Kids’ table in the breakfast room was good for children to sit comfortably so they can eat on their own. The pillows and bed mattresses were very comfortable, the shower was adjustable to the perfect temperature and the view from the 10th floor was spectacular. Nonetheless - thank you for the hospitality and warm welcome.

One lady and one guy at the reception were arrogant and unhelpful. Another guy at the reception was amazing.

Breakfast was really good, and stuff in the kitchen is very kind and helpful. We have a toddler, and we needed some extra help with food. They were amazing, especially the lady from Bosnia.

We had a room overlooking the street, very noisy at night, we had to sleep with the window closed, it was hot in the room.If you have the option, choose a room facing the other side, not the street. The breakfast is ok, but very modest.
