They have advised parking facilities but they don't offer this. The parking is on the street for everyone leaving in the area nothing special for their customers except for the payable parking which is advised as well. We have arrived late in the night, outside was raining and we were advised to go around on the streets to find the place to park our car. This is unfair. Their first option in the line for the facilities is parking which they don't offer. After that is private bathroom and..... At the end is written about the payable parking as a second option.

The location seemed quite remote, or distant to everything. The place is assumably for family tourists so the social space is basically non-existing, however if you like something quite and remote place this is a place

The room didn't have any aircon so was very hot overnight. That being said we were able to open the windows, which allowed some breeze in and the street noise wasn't too bad.

The hostel room was clean and spacious for a family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the hostel itself had a pleasant atmosphere. The noise levels were all good.

It was very hot outside and hostel doesn't have air conditioning not only in rooms but even in a hall, so it was very hot everywhere inside and hard to sleep. In better weather probably not a problem.

Location is ok, kinda far from city center but close enough to metro and tram stop. Staff are nice, bathroom is inside the room and it was cleaned every day, beds are comfortable.

The room was little and not spacious for 4 people. Some roommates were annoying but it's not the hostel's responsibility. Cleaning in some corners of the room was done poorly but generally it was tidy.

It was a decent place for its money. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Kitchen and breakfast (for separate price) were good. I didn't experience any noise or chaos (just roommate's snoring, but it's expected in hostels). It's not that far from the city center - a 10 min walk to the metro station and just a few stops by metro. Good stay for a few days to explore Vienna!

The location is far away from the city center, but nothing a quick metro ride can't fix, only two stations away from the main station and a couple from the center. The metro station is about 10min walking from the hostel, the only problem is that the square of the metro station is quite scketchy, weird people were drinking and staring at everyone who passed by since the morning.

The private room option was a big plus, and together with a private bathroom for the room, it really made the stay a lot nicer. Everything was very clean. The staff was very nice and let us leave our bags in a secure room free of charge in the morning before the check-in.

Splitting hairs, the lockers were faulty but that’s a minor gripe. The local area isn’t upmarket and there is a bit of dealing going on but I never felt unsafe.

The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The facilities were comfortable and it was reasonably convenient (a couple of stops from the Hauptbahnhof). Overall, decent value.

Beds could use a privacy curtain, not all beds have plug access and lights. Also not all beds have a locker allocated, some lockers in my room didn’t work, and they don’t work with all lock types.

Ten minute walk away from public transport and a great breakfast! Beds were comfortable enough to sleep in.

Ideal for one night stay, especially because you can check it at any time, very nice host, very helpful. The room was clean, so was the bed, although night lamp near my bed didn’t work (or I didn’t understand something), but the socket did which is more important. Bathroom was okay, not the cleanest and best I have ever seen, but with paper towels and comfortable to use. Location is okay - close to central train station, but district is not the best itself. If you want to see nice and beautiful Vienna, avoid 10th and 11th districts.

The room is rather small and it has no real cupboards - one may feel a little straightened. For one night it is fine, but I do not recommend it for a longer period.

The place was very good value for the price. We had to stay one night before taking the plane, and it was suitable: clean, with all necessary facilities. There is a nice convivial lounge at the entrance where one can play games and socialize. The breakfast was ok.

Unfortunately the rest of A&T was a bit disappointing. The bunk bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. The room was very small compared to online photos, there's been some serious stretchy camera work. It was very hot and a fan would have been much appreciated (as we've had in all other accommodation of similar levels across europe). A bit more investment in these things and A&T would be a really great place to stay.

Exceptionally warm welcome on arrival from the lovely staff member. Really made my day, they were so kind to my kids. Water pressure in the en suite bathroom was strong, shower hot and drinking water cold. Location is 15 mins by Wien Hbf, quite convenient.
