Very well-located and well-appointed hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and attentive, allowing us to check out late and use the atelier co-working space after doing so. Food in the Asian restaurant was good.

Better lighting in the restaurant, some milk in the room for the espresso. But these are minor quibbles and the hotel is a great addition to central Hamburg.

no-air-condition room was a bit problematic during the summer; but could be partially lifted by the fan in the room.

There was no hot water when we wanted to shower in the morning. When we checked out, the person at the reception told us that there was a problem that would eventually be resolved but didn’t even bother to offer an apology. Not even a cup of coffee.

The room was a good size and comfortable and staff good. Easy access to town and river. A nice area of Austria and suited our requirements.

Maybe a better sign on the main road showing more clearly where the Hotel was. We walked past it and had to ask someone where it was. We later saw the sign but not that well located in our view. A minor issue in reality.

It's a little difficult to find the parking lot using Google maps.

The location was great-- a short walk from the Westbahnhof and there were cute shops right outside the hotel. All amenities in the room were great.

I woke up a little before 8AM and I heard someone already knocking down the hallway for housekeeping! Seemed way too early for me. After that I kept the DND door sign on.

On the Alpe Adria cycle route. Secure parking for bikes. Large apartment with air conditioning. Nice breakfast apart from lack of vegan milk.

Secure bike shed good but in a heavy downpour of rain water runs across the floor. Therefore chargers must be on your bikes
