Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumOur room was not closed and some wet dirty towels where on the sofa and the bed. We tried to find someone at the front desk, but every time we passed over there the front desk was empty. We have told it at check-out, but the covers of the bed were also wet from the towels. Shower can use some pressure. We had 2 glasses and a carafe in the room but no water. I don't understand why you put these items in the room but don't provide water. You can hear a lot of noises from the other rooms in your own room.
Check-in was quick. Room is very spacious. Dinner is very cheap and good. We spend an hour in the wellness downstairs. We were al by ourselfs. I can suggest you try and use the wellness because it is very relaxing after a long day of driving. We had a little nice terrace in our room, but the window was very dirty. Breakfast was basic but good.

United KingdomThe only things we didn’t like about the hotel were the limited breakfast options and the fact that bathrobes had to be paid for separately (5€ each). However, considering it’s a 3-star hotel, it’s still a good stay overall.
Our family had an amazing 5-night stay at Hotel Active! Everything was superb—from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the spotless daily cleaning. The kids loved the pool, and the sauna was perfect for relaxation. The hotel provided a great atmosphere for families, making our stay truly enjoyable.

GermanyThe swimming pool is not really deep but good to have fun with family and kids. Even during reception working time there was hardly anyone there, had to keep waiting and calling a couple of times.
The hotel is huge and very nice. The rooms were big and spacious and had a view on the mountains. Breakfast was also good.

GermanyWe stayed here for one night on our way back from Italy to Germany. It was great, there is parking space, elevator and late check in is upon request possible. Restaurant works until 19:30 but we made it on time and it was delicious! Breakfast was excellent, warm food was there, coffee machine and a big choice of cold cuts, cheese and fruits. Room was great for the money, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. We always take our own pillows so I don't know if their pillows are comfortable. Room was warm, with a terrace, with a great view. For one night we couldn't have asked for more!
