Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful valley with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

The overall quality was excellent. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The view of the mountains from the balcony was truly the highlight of the stay.

Breakfast was good, though the variety was limited. In the evening, while enjoying the view, some nearby music made the atmosphere less peaceful.

the position of hotel is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Rooms are new and sufficient and clean, beds were comfortable. Small refillable bottle of water with 2 glasses - we were 4 (also room was made for 4 persons). Free parking also with charging station. nice guy at the reception when we arrived (but very unpleasant woman when we were leaving).

Breakfast service was terrible - breakfast begins at 7:00 - we arrived 7:40 and there were just a few things left and I didnt even see anyone from staff to fill empty plates. Bread crumbs on the floor next to the bread corner (mostly seeds etc. - obviously when they loaded bread baskets) nobody from staff even noticed or tidy it up. Room - big enough, separated toilet, but without washbasin, - this means, after using toilet you need to go to bathroom (where was just washbasin and shower) to wash your hand. No table or chair to sit in room - you could use only bed for sitting. we visited hotel just for one night on our roadtrip, but it was very uncomfortable. I missed also electric kettle in our room, as well as some basic bathroom equipment (for example cotton buds etc.) we booked family room, because of travelling with 2 children and we got a room on a first floor with a lobby bar right under our balcony - so opening window before 23:00 wasnt even possible because of noise and music and later because of loud sounds coming from kitchen/lobby bar during cleaning. in general the walls are so thin that we could hear almost every move of our neighbors (also from the 2nd floor).

I found the breakfast quite limited for us in terms of Halal options (plus no egg omelette could be ordered!!). The staff at the reception was too busy to explain all necessary info about what’s included in the stay (e.g. perhaps assuming all stayers know exactly the parking details, the guest cards applicability, etc.)!

Breakfast was fine/good.

We are non smokers and DETEST smoke. The smoking station was located/allowed directly outside the main entrance and that happened to be right under our balcony so everytime we came and went we were met with the disgusting smokers.

Wonderful location. We had a really nice and comfortable apartment.

It would be nice to have a hairdryer in the apartment by default. We had to pay 20 eur deposit for that in the reception. I would also expect to have the linens pulled up in the bedroom when I arrive to a hotel. We had to made it for ourselves.

There was a spider's web on the windows and inside the apartment, and the walls were covered with children's paintings. You had to make your own bed; they didn't even remove the trash.

It’s close to bus stop and town so the location is pretty convenient for the people who doesn’t drive. And the food and drink is not bad.

The hair dryer doesn’t work well. There is no ac in the room so u have to open the window to keep cool. So the mosquitoes will be easy to come in!!!! I killed 3 mosquitoes one night so I didn’t sleep well.

A fantastic hotel, especially if travelling with young children. The connecting rooms gave us plenty of space and the views from the rooms are just stunning. Great gym and sauna area for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were varied and of good quality. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only negative would be that as a milk allergy sufferer it would have been great for the buffet to be labelled with allergens.

No mosquito net on the windows

Two receptionists we were in contact with are rude and impatient. Both ruined our day, one during check-in, one during checkout.

The location was really beautiful, convenient drive to nearby attractions. Breakfast and dinner was pleasant considering the lack of options generally in the neighborhood.

1. The staff at the bar were extremely rude - making faces when I wanted to add items to my order. It appeared like a big inconvenience and I was asked in a very sarcastic tone - "are you sure you don't want to add anything else" I had also asked for some plain lemonade with still water (separate option on the menu than sparkling) for my young children. When I was served sparkling I mentioned that I had requested for still - they just brushed me off saying the lemonade itself is sparkling and looked away. Then another man, a bar staff, yelled at me across the room saying 'its your fault actually'. Unbelievable - if I pick a menu option which says 'Lemonade - Still water', is it really my fault when I'm surprised to receive sparkling? And for a staff member to behave in that manner? Really shocking. It was for my children on a hot day and they had no juice or anything they could provide. Some manners, etiquette, and customer service was really lacking. These comments are for the man and lady staff at the bar on 10th August at around 6pm. Note - On other days, there were some lovely staff, especially the elderly gentleman who was always warm and made us comfortable. The ladies at the checkout counter were nice as well. 2. There is no ventilation in the room. For a summer day, at least some fans should be available. We were fortunate that we carried a small fan with us otherwise wouldn't have been able to sleep.

Location.

The room was connected to the neighboring room by a shared door, which was locked, but the soundproofing was zero. We could hear every word from the next door. So unfortunately you have to fall asleep and wake up with your neighbors. I wanted a change - a room without a shared door, but apparently most rooms have it. That's a big mistake, otherwise the hotel is very good and the staff is nice.

The view is spectacular. Although it was cloudy, but it was still beautiful. The staff is friendly. The bartender was fun and the lady at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.

AC would be nice. We weren't able to turn on the ac. Ventilation in the bathroom would also be nice as well. The pillow is too soft for us. It is understandable as it is subjective. Flies issue should be look into. We had to open the windows for ventilation and we had flies and mosquitos inside the room.

Great location! Our room has very good view towards the mountains (some rooms are towards parking lot). Good breakfast.
