Very friendly personnel and good location, but the room wasn’t in very good condition: the sink was clogged, the shower wasn’t cleaned - black hairs all around, the door handle was broken:(

We were very warmly welcomed at the reception and they were also very helpful in finding a parking space.

Bathroom was very dirty. There was pink mold around bath. A bit of crumbs between the bed and nightstand.

    Location of the hotel.

We booked a normal deluxe family room for 5 person and we got a superior room. It is for 8 person with two different saunas. This superior room had a smell like a wet dog and the shower was really dirty. We asked for our room, but the receptionist couldn't do anything, because of the full house. Our 2years old had vomiting diarrhea problems from the next day...

I had an wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was incredible , perfectly situated with breathtaking views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The room itself was stunning, featuring both a steam sauna and infrared heat, which made the stay feel like a private spa retreat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit.

If I were to suggest anything, it would be to improve the lighting in the room a little.

    Unfortunately nothing was positive...

    - Absolutely no way to contact staff after 10pm (no reception, no phone and no email response). They claim you can contact them "at any time". - As part of "self check in" you need to guess which key belong to your room, multiple keys are found on a desk and you can figure out yourself which the correct one is by checking them one by one in different floors. - The "deluxe" room has an openly communicating toilet/bathroom inside the bedroom, really only partially separated. Causing a terrible smell in the bedroom. - The "deluxe" room had closed tiny windows which you can not open, it leads to terrible heat build up. So the above mentioned smell, heat and no air circulation is the result of the terrible "deluxe room". - Advertised pictures don't match reality. - Very limited parking capacity.

Location in the city center, quiet area, big room. Good breakfast vs the cost. Parking at the location.

The location was beautiful, unfortunately nothing visible from the Hotel room.

The most important reason to book hotel in this region is for the View. The mountain View as advertised would have been great, but there was only a view of the rest of the hotel under construction. The Hotel is incomplete. The Bathroom Door does not have a lock and does not have anything preventing the smell coming into the bedroom. This is a room for 4 adults. The interior designer has taken some interesting decisions, which probably will work for instagram, but impractical for stay.

Spacious, comfortable room, with a nice little balcony over the quiet courtyard and view of the green terraces behind. Breakfast was not included, but well worth the €6 for a generous buffet. Beautiful town, with lots of outdoor things to do.

The walls were a little thin, and the room was a little cool (although it had been an unseasonably warm day). But the bed was very warm, and I slept great.

location was nice with good view of the mountains. Some good restaurants around the area. The house keeping lady was nice to help us get some extra soup and towels. The towels and the bed were clean.

The car parking area was very small. There was no one in the reception for check in. There was no water boiler or any space to keep our stuff.

The location is very accessible and in the middles of the city too. Love the staff they were friendly and available for any queries.

The room which we booked was not given, which is facing the hill but no worries it is what it is.

    Central location.

Parking is a real nightmare, do not plan with it... No view from our room, sound isolation is not the best. (If someone is "happy" bc of alcohol or other things... OK for 1-2 nights stay, do not recommend if you wanna rest...

It was central, walking distance to cute cafes and restaurants. Friendly receptionist.

Our first room was extremely dirty, hair all over all beds, hairbands and dirt in the bathroom, dirt on the outlets next to the bed. The second room was not really better, hair on the bed sheets as well, toothpaste left on the bathroom sink, my daughter almost hurt herself when she wanted to sit down on a stool but the whole top was completely loose, our other daughter had black foot soles after walking in the room for a little bit, an old hair clip on the shelf, dirt right next to one of the beds. When we asked if there is anything they could do for, the very kind receptionist reached out to the manager but came back with the answer there is nothing they can do to make up for all these disgusting issues in any way. If we had not just arrived from a 36 hours trip, we would have left the hotel immediately.
