The room could have been cleanier. It was not overly dirty, but also not as clean as we would have hoped.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and the panorama view is amazing. The beds are very comfortable.

The car park, The tickets didn't work and we had a very stressful situation with a very irate driver behind us. When we called reception, they advised us that this happens a lot and we needed to deal directly with the car park management. We would have expected better support to be honest.

The room was a little bit dusty, but nothing serious, I am allergic and it did not trigger anything, just visible due to all the dark furniture. The scrambled eggs formed a firm homogeneous mass in the pot that you had to cut into and get yourselves a piece of it.

The view was amazing. The garage is connected with reception and rooms directly via an elevator. Comfy beds, spaceous bathroom, very clean. Reasonable breakfast selection, breakfast at the 12th floor with even a greater view.

Not all the sauna's were operational and there's only a limited time that the sauna area is open.

The hotel has a beautiful and varied breakfast buffet with a great view. All the rooms have amazing views as well, looking over the city or towards the mountains surrounding Innsbruck. The lunch menu is small but good and it's again so pleasant to eat with a view. The parking space in the basement is very convenient.

first room they gave me didn't have AC working. Luckily, since it was not high season, they were able to switch to another room. While paying 300 EUR a night, I would expect cleanliness and that is where the hotel lost points for me. The second room they gave me was dusty and when AC was on you could see some rare dust particles floating in the air. Plus there was a clean diaper on the floor behind a seat bench. All points to cleaning crew doing a subpar job.

There was a repeated issue when trying to book. When contacting hotel directly I believe the source of the problem was an issue with booking.com. It was sorted as paid via hotel link. Also went to rooftop bar one evening as had dressed up but said too windy so couldn’t go out on roof. Only 2 Small problems, everything else was excellent. Really loved your hotel and would recommend to others too.

Room was quite hot with heating tricky to lower plus afternoon sun didn’t help. But everything else was great.

The Location and that view! The view stunning looking over Innsbruck. The bar was great for casual drinks and nibbles. Parking was great too for extra.

Service in the restaurant was very poor. forgot water and took over 20 minutes to bring one glass of beer.

The room when arrived was like a sauna for me very uncomfortable had to turn all heating off and took a long time to cool . The spa facilities were great and had great views but lacked a pool .
