Clear instructions for check in. Place close to tram and within reasonable distance to subway. Several supermarkets and cafes nearby. The studio itself is very good, had microwave and iron which was handy.

Going to the center was not the most straightforward with public transport. It's a bit away from the main events, but you get the quiet area for that. The toilet was a bit old, the furniture could use some updating, and the deepfreeze handle was broken in my case. In the hot weather I had an air conditioner would have been nice, though a fan was available.

For the price, it was an absolutely amazing deal! The location is residential, nice and quiet. Supermarkets nearby, and a tram stop as well. The room itself was a bit small and old fashioned, but had everything you needed. Very comfortable stay, nothing too luxurious.

There;s a small step of maybe 6-8cm up going from the bedroom to the halla dn bathroom. This can be very painful in the night when you get up for the bathroom :-( . Watch out for it

Convenient locatrion for what we needed to be in Vienna for. The parking worked out OK not too far from the flat. Room was very comfortable and the fan helped a lot to keep us cool at night. Bathroom was spacious and shower unit was good., We left our car keys in the flat and the management was on point and quick to help on Monday morning early. Very happy with the stay.

But we received a message 1 or 2 days before check-in that the apartment was on another street, approximately 10 minutes from the place marked on the booking. The location was important to me, so I think they should have informed me about this in advance. (I booked the apartment 1 month in advance.)

Checkin was a bit complicated, as the Network was not reachable at the door, and it could be trouble if someone doesn't have any Active SIM

Self check-in and check-out were really easy and explained well in advance. Close to the Floridsdorf metro station. Spar and Hofer nearby. Small, but convenient place with everything I needed.

there was no instruction where to leave the keys in checkout , also i am international traveler , i was in Czech then Vienna , once arrived my roaming service interrupted and was not able to call the number to open the building door , once solved i called the number to open the building door , if i was not able to use my phone, i will not enter the building

The most important problem is that you need to open the phone first to enter the room, the door opens automatically. but my phone cannot make European calls. That's why I asked people from the street to call the number. Since I always use the keys afterwards, I did not have a problem. the room was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets, towels and wall. It was not a problem for me, I had my own sheets and towels. kitchen drawers smelled very bad. I had a little trouble with the bathroom light sensor. because the bathroom window looks into the room. Also, there is no air conditioner in the room. Vienna evenings were cool and there was no problem. but i would prefer to have air conditioner

Although it seemed far from the city, transportation to the city center was easy. You can get all the missing eurostar and dm near by here. it was pretty quiet. Internet problem solved. I stayed for 2 nights and only used it to sleep. it was enough

Just a few minor touches like a lamp could make it better as the lighting was too harsh for my ADHD. Also I expected a washing machine but I may have misunderstood the listing.

Nice area and close to the beach and to the tram just one stop to the U bahn The room is small but for one person perfect. Good bed and comfortable pillow. View towards green area. Calm.

I didn’t like only having one roll of toilet paper and having to purchase my own, it’s just an annoying expense to have to pay while on vacation. Another annoying expense is the laundry detergent, which I had to leave there. I hope it was left there for the next person who stays. Other than that, I had a great time.

I liked that I had a full kitchenette, and a washer.

Shower gel was not provided, not sure if they missed it. Though well connected bit away from city centre, all sightseeing spots.

Location was good, very well connected via public transport. Many good eateries around with 400, 500 mts. Had most of the amenities for a couple of days stay, mini kitchen but functional. Checkin, checkout process was smooth too. Overall a good stay here.

The flat itself was a little cramped/narrow, so if you're looking for something spacious (ie. to workout or practice yoga etc.) this may not be the best option.

The location is quiet, and away from the bustle of the city. Nice places to eat and a few nice local cafes. Owner is responsive and accommodating. Laundry machine is a huge plus. Close to public transit. Comfortable bed. I really grew to love the church bells throughout the day as a signature of time (pay attention to the pattern and you may notice something...)

While the transport connection to Wienna from Florisdorf U-Bahn/S-Bahn station was very good, it took probably five minutes more to get there from the appartment than one would desire. It is obviously about the value for money, and the location was of course shown at the Booking map, but overall, this one is not exactly a downtown place just next to the transport stations and such.

It was a nice little studio made of the regular flat split into three studios. Mine had a wash machine that was a great plus. The 'unmanned' check-in was well organized.

All in all a good value for money, the check-in was easy and the accommodation is clean and the bed comfortable.
