Poor maintenance in general: lots of things were broken: lamps, shower door, shower handle, bedstand, drawers Pillows were unconfortable No one at the check in, on booking it was not clear is was a "person-less" experience. Only after calling the number on the desk I realized this.

Location is amazing - right in the city center of the Feldkirch. Reception was not manned at the time of the check-in, but the self check-in was quick and painless.

The room needed some repairs e.g. bathroom hooks were missing, shower cabinet was a bit wonky and the beds worked but seemed a bit crooked. Nothing major just details that could be better.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in after hours was no problem. Excellent location.

It has very few redeeming qualities - the room was very uncomfortable and the overhead lighting was horrible and blinding. It felt like a hospital. Add a lamp. There was no WLAN!

Showerhead holder was broken, so the nozzle was at shoulder height. Could use a quick repair/replacement. Not a disaster. Could still shower ok.

Decent hotel in great location in the central Altstadt. Breakfast buffet was also fine. Simple and problem-free key pickup from safe inside hotel, with texted instructions received in good time. We thought check out was at 10:00 but turned out it was 11:00, so we could get in a visit to the castle before leaving.

Nice hotel in the city center. Good breakfast. No elevator, small stairs. My room was at the 4-th level and I had big lugage. Very cold in night. It shoud be nice to have at least a kettler.

Breakfast wasn't that great, not much selection. Nowhere to get water/drink out of hours as staff left reception from 4pm.

The location was great and paid parking was nearby.

No kettle or fridge in room, unfortunately on the third floor which actually meant 4 flights of stairs to our room - no lift. Don't choose this option if you have any pains in knees/hips/back. We didn't realise this when booking. Bathroom has no extraction fan so gave a weird smell after using the shower. Shower needs fixing. Leaking seals when in use and very low head.

Comfortable bed, clean room, tasty breakfast included. Friendly reception. With forward notice, gluten free option for breakfast made available for my wife.

Look for messages from booking.com before you get to the hotel and try to check in. The key is in a lock box and it will give you the combination to get your key. When I left the hotel I counted the number of stairs. I walk down 55 stairs from my room to outside. While I needed the exercise, that may be a problem for some people.

There is no lift and the stairs are very steep, something to think about if you have heavy cases. The single rooms are quite small and soap/ shower gel isn’t always available. The hotel has a bar below. It is quite noisy until early in the morning from the talking (and cackling laughter!)

The location was excellent. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It is good value for money for the location.
