This hotel is simply great. We got the room upgrade with a panoramatic view on Dachstein. Ladies at reception are pure gold and speak excelent english. Breakfest awesome. Hotel location amazing.

The location of the hotel is great, with direct access to the ski piste. Several ski schools near by. Hotel is clean and comfortable, facilities are nice. Staff very professional and polite. Food is excellent. We had a great stay.

Dinner was ok, but could have matched better the otherwise outstanding quality and service of the hotel. (Breakfast was great, though!!)

We don’t have in mind things we didn’t like, we had a good time at WEIDEN.

Our apartment was a pleasant surprize( they offered us a free upgrade), we had plenty of space, a big living room with kitchen and a beautiful view. Everything was clean, the staff was present for every small problem we had and solved it immediately.

There is no service or front desk available after 19:00, guests can only reach their rooms through the back door. That didn't bother us at all.

The staff was lovely and charming, providing a personal treatment to every guest, and addresses all issues with a smile.

In our short stay there was nothing we could complain about. The room was clean and had a lovely view. The bathroom was clean and nice. The price is decent and the location great.

Check in was really easy and well organised despite our very late arrival. We had a nice comfy room and everything we needed. Sadly we did not stay long but i hope to come again.

Great choice! So comfortable, clean and quiet. Localized almost on ski trail with 3 minutes walk to get to it ,swimming pool with hot water and great spa to relax after skiing. Very tasty and rich breakfast. Very good restaurant, Smart Kitchen, to seat , talk and eat delicious food in the evening. Perfect stay!

We loved almost everything about this hotel - location, besutiful views, saunas, outdoor pool, excellent breakfast (you can also take away food from breakfast buffet) and great dinner. We loved the no waste and smart kitchen concept as well :)

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was also very kind. The breakfast is brilliant with a huge variety of foods. The location is excellent with a magnificent view to the mountains. If you want to stay in a hotel where you can relax this is a perfect choice 🙂.

I wish the a la carte menu has been better; it was far too short. 4 rooms do not not have much of a mountain view, 101 is one such, it looks over the carpark on the side of the building. That was disappointing. The hotel did offer me to swap room from the 2nd day, which was very kind of them. It was my decision not to, so full points for customer service.

Location was great. Easy to reach from the train station with the local bus (bus stop is opposite the hotel). Property has been recently renovated and is charming. Staff are great. Breakfast was delicious. The spa area was superb, quiet, well equipped. Wifi was good. Lots of walks near the hotel. Evening food is a buffet, I did not care much for it as I am not a great fan of buffets. My room 101 was spacious. The area is wonderfully quiet. The staff helped me with finding my way round the area and looked out for me as a solo traveller.
