check in - self check in on PC failed - did not read the credit card - long queue at the check-in-desk, resulting in long waiting time - issues to get my invoice printed resulting in further 5 min waiting no free of charge shuttle to terminal

We did not get the bath tub to work as we did not know how to use the plug, but it was also quite late on the last night of our stay so we did not go ask the staff.

The room was spacious, clean and with good air conditioning which is vital during the hot summer. The beds and the sheets were also comfy. The hotel was on a quite silent street just outside of the city center but close enough so that every attraction was just a 10-15 min tram ride away and the tram stop was right next to the hotel. In addition, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall, I would say the price-quality of this hotel was exceptional

The place is becoming a bit old and could use some renovations. Across the street is a bird expo (I don't know if it's temporary or permanent) but you could hear them throughout the day if you intend to stay in and not visit the town (for some reason?) The tram goes back and forth right in the front of the hotel and you can hear it occasionally and it also runs until 1 o'clock in the evening.

The price/quality ratio was pretty good taking in consideration the prices in Vienna overall. It has the basic necessities and it was pretty comfortable to sleep here. Also pretty close to some tram stops where you can get the D line to get closer to the city center.

The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection.

Our stay here was lovely! The room was cleaned every day, and the hotel is very close to the city center (about 20 minutes by tram). The staff was very nice and friendly, and the price was great considering the hotel’s amenities.

The reception tell us the wrong underground, we nearly can't catch the train to salzburg.

The location is ok ( near to tram station). However It was a bit noisy because the tram line passed through the street in front of the hotel.

The room was really clean & the staff are responsible & friendly. They are always ( except midnight) available & helpful.

The staff was not kind or professional. The woman at the service desk seemed completely uninterested and provided all the information without any real intention to help. Before arrival, the hotel confirmed that private parking would be available, but when I arrived, it turned out not to be possible. There was good public parking nearby, woman at the service desk told me I could only leave my car next to the hotel after 22:00, and probably (?!) I was not allowed to park where I had temporarily stopped just to check in. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but definitely not quiet, and it looked much better in the photos than in reality.

Location is good, easy to get to the centre.

The bathroom is a bit too small and the bathtub gets full of water while showering

The room is comfortable, only the shower is a bit small. Perfectly clean, the air conditioner is working nicely. I've read the previous comments about the noise but it really wasn't that bad, though if you are having problems with sleep it might be annoying (I don't have such a problem 😁). The mattress and the pillow are very comfortable and you can have a 😴. Tram station 🚉 is in front of the hotel and line D is very well connected with the city center. Even the walk to the city center is not overwhelming, it takes about 40 minutes of slow pace walk to get to Stephansplatz. The check in and out are very smooth. WIFI works perfectly. For the price I didn't expect such a good accommodation in the center of Wien.

The rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear other guests coming and going so if you have light sleep this might be an issue. The hotel does provide earplugs which help and we generally managed to sleep well. The rooms do not have a safe available which can be a concern for some.

We checked in after reception was closed but the hotel sent us very clear instructions on how to self check in and collect our keys. They also made themselves available to answer any questions and provide any info we needed. The breakfast was nice and the staff always friendly and polite. Modest room but all basic amenities available.

Check in is only available until 10pm which we were not aware of, and as we got there before the room was available, we could not check in in the morning so had to rush back late at night after a phone call at 9:25. A little bit loud with the tram lines outside as well.

The tram lines are going back and forth right outside our window. If you're a light sleeper, you might not be able to sleep.

The room was clean. The pillows we're comfortable. The towels were changed after two days. I was able to sleep on the bed with a good mattress.

It would be great to have a small fridge in the room. An AC unit would be ideal, especially during the summer, as the room was quite hot.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Pillows, mattress have seen a better times. Poor soundproofing from the corridor, you can hear every word. And there is a reconstruction of the neighboring house, so early in the morning you will wake up to a working hammer drill.

Good location of the hotel, 20 min from city centre by tram, direct line to Hauptbahnhof. There are some nice cafes nearby the hotel. The room was warm (it was so cold outside in the middle of April). Very good selection of meals for breakfast. Nice and friendly girls at reception.
