A few housekeeping issues stopped this from being a 9 or even a 10. Some maintenance in bathroom with dodgy shower door, broken attachment and sink which you can’t unplug. Also bedside lamps not working.

The apartment only has 1 air conditioning unit which is right by the front door, so there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. We expected to have air conditioning in the bedroom. Issue was that we then had to open the windows to cool down the room, but the apartment is by a very busy road which is quite noisy even at night

The showerhead in our room (Room 22) did not have its hanger.

It was quiet and comfortable and the neighbourhood felt homely.

Unfortunately the maintenance of the apartment is lacking and a number of things were broken / didn’t work.

A lovely old apartment with high ceilings, wooden floors & big windows overlooking the Danube Canal. Convenience store and restaurants close by. Easy to get to the city by tram.

Shower head holder is broken. There was no soap in the bathroom. No tissues . No basics like tea, coffee or milk.

Lovely view, especially at night . comfortable bed, and unit well layed out. Great having a lift also.

There were a couple of small issues — the shower wasn’t perfect and the pillows could have been more comfortable — but nothing that spoiled the experience.

The location is amazing, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here!

There is no aircon and if you open the windows it is a bit noisy at night. It felt a bit stuffy to sleep overnight in June. The apartment is in need of some maintenence. The holder for the showehead was broken, so had to hold the it while showering.

Spacious and airy, nice decor. The room at the top floor had a nice view. It is adjacent to an amazing Art museum that everyone should visit.

There was no shower gel or other toiletries, which you'd expect in a rented apartment. One of the window blinds was broken. A full size mirror above the shoe rack would be great.

The location is great, you can reach the center in 20min on foot, superb view through the window to the river canal and Prater amusement park. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need, self check in is quite easy. It's clean, AC works great, the noises from the street are unhearable if you close the windows.

Kettle didn’t work, neither did the lamp in the room. Bathroom had an incredible foul smell, that stank the entire place. A bit stingy with the amenities (only one bath towel per person, a floor mat for the bathroom, and a cover sheet on the bed). Wouldn’t hurt adding an extra hand towel, or at least leave it somewhere so I could dress the extra pillow and use it.

The window blinds were not working properly. So was the shower cubicle door. The sun gets into the apartment a lot. The bed was a bit soft and worn. There was only one bottle of soap for the body, hair, and hands. The bottle of washing detergent was just water when we checked in and had to wait till Monday to request for it.

The apartment is away from the center. It was near enough to convenience stores and tram stops. It was very spacious, had a dining and sitting area, and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the office when we checked out.

Spacious vintage apartments near the city center. Since we only came back for the night, there were no special needs. Noisy street on one side of the apartments. Lovely Kunsthaus courtyard and cafe next door and hop on Hoff bus stop. Helpful reception at the apartment office and the possibility to leave luggage (if arriving earlier than check-in time or departing later)

No curtain for the bathroom so the water splashes entire of the bathroom after shower. There is some dust in the sockets. The light in the kitchen does not work most of the time.

Spacious as got three bedrooms. Got dish washer. The receptionist is very nice and allows us to leave the luggage after check out time.

Although the bathroom had a ventilator, it still had an unpleasant odor and it took a while to understand the transportation means to get to the city as the closest train station was still 15-20 minutes away.

Loved the view, it also had a radio which felt nostalgic. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the river is close by.

The TV didn't work, nor was it fixed after telling the chamber maid about it. The shower door was difficult to open and close without worry of it falling off. The shower drain was backing up.

The room was spacious, conveniently located and comfortable.
