Our apartment had very nice view to the canal and Prater. It was large and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with all facilities. The lady from the staff who helped us with storing the the luggage before check in was very kind and helpful.

Spacious and good base for exploring Vienna

A few housekeeping issues stopped this from being a 9 or even a 10. Some maintenance in bathroom with dodgy shower door, broken attachment and sink which you can’t unplug. Also bedside lamps not working.

Nice spacious apartment, quite close to tram stops

The apartment only has 1 air conditioning unit which is right by the front door, so there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. We expected to have air conditioning in the bedroom. Issue was that we then had to open the windows to cool down the room, but the apartment is by a very busy road which is quite noisy even at night

Great apartment in a wonderful building. We had everything needed for our short stay. The location is great, very close to the center and all interesting places in Vienna. You can see the Prater from the window when you wake up. Thank you for the wonderful communication!

It was quiet and comfortable and the neighbourhood felt homely.

The showerhead in our room (Room 22) did not have its hanger.

The kitchen was helpful and the property was located near to main tram and train lines.

The property was overall very disappointing. The floors were dirty (black feet after five minutes of walking around bare foot), the TV wasn’t functional and the shower was a write off. A particular highlight was the standard lamp held together with parcel tape that had to lean against something to prevent it from falling over! There was no hot water or water pressure in the bathroom leading to three days of showering with what was tantamount to a handheld (riser rail was broken) low powered garden hose. The shower riser rail was broken and the shower doors had to be guided two handed to prevent them from falling off as they too were broken. The towels and bath mat were ready to be consigned to cleaning rags. The bath mat physically had more holes than a piece of Gouda. When the issues were reported it took two and half days for a response. We were then expected to wait in for a plumber to arrive as we were checking out. This ensured we had to be up early to accommodate and then led to sitting around for an hour for a plumber that did not arrive. There was an expectation that personal information be written on a piece of paper and placed in a lock box outside the property. GDPR seems to have avoided this company. There was no chance of me writing personal details and passport number on a scrap of paper and hoping they would deal with it professionally. Wouldn’t recommend. To anyone. This took the shine off a visit to a beautiful city. Travellers should be warned that the pictures attached to the listing are a mixture of different properties. The only positive for us is leaving in the hope Budapest can at least offer a functioning shower and a clean room!

A lovely old apartment with high ceilings, wooden floors & big windows overlooking the Danube Canal. Convenience store and restaurants close by. Easy to get to the city by tram.

Unfortunately the maintenance of the apartment is lacking and a number of things were broken / didn’t work.

Lovely view, especially at night . comfortable bed, and unit well layed out. Great having a lift also.

Shower head holder is broken. There was no soap in the bathroom. No tissues . No basics like tea, coffee or milk.

Very convenient location. Everything we needed was available. Hop on Hop off was right at our door, trams were a short walk. Museum downstairs.

Most things were a little tired or faulty, could do with a little updating of whats available in the apartment.

The location was great and the building was lovely

Shower completely broken. Main bathroom no toilet, just urinal!!! Second bathroom no toilet at all. Big apartment, only one very small 'cupboard' toilet, no window etc. There was more to complain about, no tv and wifi non existant, but for us, we booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom expecting 2 toilets and 2 working showers
