Addition of washing machine or laundry services would be great for longer stays. Please keep in mind that the ski in-ski out slope is a red one and is quite advanced for beginners - our novice skiers of the group decided to drive to the easier slopes with a car.

The location in the resort and the chalet itself was great - beautiful, spatious, bathrooms in every floor, perfect for a big group of people, you would not hear a lot of noise from other houses as well. We had a great experience staying here for skiing, highly recommend. They gave extra special attention for the dog.

Staff was not willing to help and answer questions we had, moreover they answered in not respectful way Check in is in the main building while accommodation is few kilometers far away.

Unfortunately, we were not informed that the facility can only be reached on foot, uphill, on an icy road. It wasn't comfortable with the luggage. 200 m climb to unpack and pack back to the car. This information should be in the description. The dog fee is unreasonably very high.

The location of the facility near the slope was convenient for us because we came to ski. The apartment had a private sauna, which was a nice feature. A lockable wardrobe for ski equipment is located directly next to the apartment. For a longer stay, a washing machine and an oven would be useful.

There was no laundry machine in accommodation. Reception is away from accommodation, you need to drive few minutes by car. I did check in for 5 adults and baby (1 year old) and we have to pay additional cost for baby crib.

It was clean except dogs hair over the sofa and carpet. But this is expected if you go to a pet friendly place. Be aware the reception is at another complex.

Location is perfect for skiing. We were in the apartment 1101 which is the closest one to the slope 4. There is a locker for ski equipment next to the door. Apartment is spacious and very well equipped. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc. Sauna is nice and easy to use. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, kettler, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine… Bed mattresses and linen of a good quality. Quite place ensures good sleep. Beautiful view to the mountains. Parking is visible from the window.

The only downside is that the wifi doesn't work well and we ran out of hot water. We noticed the lack of hot water only when the guests arrived in the apartment above ours, so we assume that several apartments share a central boiler, which is not well done because our neighbors used up all the water.

The accommodation is new, clean and nicely decorated. The location is right on the trail and free parking is provided. We also got a discount on ski passes. The workers at the reception are pleasant and kind.

Promised to have sauna but didn't. Also the cleaning was not done properly. We found a full ashtray on the terrace and leftover food parts in the sink upon arrival.

The heating downstairs in our apartment didn’t work. The bedrooms were cool which was ok, but the downstairs bathroom was freezing cold. Underfloor heating not working, we reported it twice to reception but it still didn’t work.

The couch in the living room which was said to be proper for two people was absolutely unbearable. We could hardly sleep for 3 hours..

There were no untensils for making Turkish coffee. In app number 504 there was a small microwave instead of a large oven, which is a little uncomfortable for 12 people.

Near to the ski slopes. Big and cozy apartment. Patrik from the reception is a really friendly and helpful guy - bravo!

having to walk over 100 meters uphill on a slippery road with our bags(3 trips) to get to the apartment. not having a ski boot dryer available. the resort NEEDS TO HAVE transportation to the apartments when guests first arrive and upon departure, especially in winter when the road is covered with snow and ice. I won’t come back just for that reason.
