We stayed 5 nights and there was really comfortable. And quiet. You can find there everything what you need for that stay: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, tea. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Capsules for coffee was 1.5€/pc what seems a bit too much. Also, everywhere you have to go by car, no nearly restaurant or groceries.

This is a cosy but compact apartment. It was very good value for money. Having a washing machine was very useful. The panorama is stunning. It is an easy walk to Patsch for the supermarket, but there is also a very useful self service farmers shop by the bus stop (this has an honesty box, but you do need to have the correct change). For stays of two nights or more, the Innsbruck Welcome Card is available which gives free travel on public transport.

If you are arriving by bus, you need to be aware that it is a very steep hill up to the apartment - not a problem except when walking with all your luggage! A few extra pans and a teapot would be useful.
