The chalets are very, very close to each other so there's not a lot of privacy. Also, guests didn't always park in their assigned parking place so it caused some dissatisfaction - someone parked in our spot so we parked in someone else's spot and the chalet manager had to sort it out. Bathrooms in two of the rooms were very, very small but there were two other larger bathrooms so we used the showers in those larger bathrooms.

The chalets were close to several ski areas and the ski pass we bought was accepted at all of them so we were able to ski somewhere even if weather/wind closed one area. The living area was big and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Several in our group really enjoyed the hot tub outside and the sauna.

It was not very clean, no barbecue available and the terrasse needs some work, we were a family of 10 with small children and we all had splinters in the feet, so you could not be barefoot which was really annoying. The chalet’s does not offer any privacy, when using the jacuzzi, the neighbour’s terrasse was 3 meters away with direct view. Not all chalets were booked but they still gave us one in the back row, immediately next to other visitors which was not understandable. The kitchen is very small with almost no storage possibilites for your own food. When asking for 3 beds rails (for 4 small children), the receptionist was clearly annoyed. When handing tbe keys she didn’t explain anything, not even how the sauna works. She was not very friendly nor helpful when planning hiking trails. Would not recommend!

We strongly advise against staying here. The maintenance of the property is extremely poor. The wooden chalets appear old, with poorly maintained wood, and there were noticeable defects, such as a broken wooden shelf and a damaged fence when we arrived. The most unacceptable part of our stay was the behavior of the owners, who attempted to blame us for the pre-existing damage to the fence and unjustly withheld 100 Euro from our deposit, claiming we caused the damage. This conduct is highly unethical, especially considering tourists often lack easy access to legal protections. Potential visitors should be cautious and reconsider choosing this property.

The place is in a stunning location with breathtaking views and is conveniently close to other attractions. The natural beauty of the surroundings truly enhances the experience, making it an initially appealing choice.

Difficult to reach nearby cities on daily basis. Not much new attractions or activities near by after few days No international restaurants near by. Nothing much to do when it rains Could not amend our booking or cancel or even book another unit within the same chalets group DUE to doing the booking with BOOKING.com (whom did not help at all and asked us to call the host directly) rather than direct booking with alpenchalets. We returned the 2 chalets 10 days earlier and asked to get a refund for any days that they would be re booked or rented but received no information on that matter until today.

The chalets are great and lived up to our expectations.
