Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe outdoor pool opening hrs were a bit restricted and the temp felt a bit to too low, but everybody has a different preference. Be aware of the receptionist hrs in case you plan an early departure to avoid traffic on the A10.
The level of detail from the Schuhlöffel , the water bucket in the garage to clean the windshield over to the rubber slippers in the room, bathrobes in a bigger size.... Housekeeping was fast and thorough. Breakfast was fresh and lost of options, incl pancakes, fresh eggs and fruits, big selection of cereals.... Even our Deluxe Suit faced the main Flachau road we weren't bothered at all by any road noise. Friendly staff everywhere. The Ski Lockers are directly next to the parking garage, no need to carry them around. Even fully booked we always could pard int he designated garage.

United KingdomJust minor things that I noticed as I worked in hotels a while ago- all minor. Bathrobe was left in the wardrobe damp, a kettle and a bigger bar of soap would be handy for the room. Drinks in the fridge would also be a nice touch. There was a minor dirt stain on the sheet, and a previous guest left their empty can in the flower box outside, but these were tiny and would not stop us from staying or from recommending this hotel.
Sadly we could only stay for one night. The staff were lovely- they were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The chef made sure I could have a delicious gluten free meal which after a long drive was much appreciated, and the baby had a high chair waiting for him in the morning for breakfast. The secure underground parking is incredibly useful in summer and listening to the stream outside was soothing for the soul.

IsraelLike most places in Austria, no air conditioning, good thing nights were cool. Hotel is not luxurious, but was more than enough for a great family vacation
A real gem, we had a great time. Kind of a family hotel (felt like it), staff are so helpful and very nice. Rooms are super clean and very comftable, haven't slept like I did there in years. Location is great, within town,. There is a river behind the hotel which is great. Nice pool with a beautiful back yard for relaxation. I recommend this place to anyone

+people and service at hotel, reception desk, bar all the people are helpfull and very kind +late check-in posibility +professional people at the reception desk and bar+restaurant +breakfast, availability of many helathy products, wide range, posibility to order someting personalized every day +underground garage connected with ski room and reception desk +bus connection in the morning every 15 minutes to ski arena ( 5 minutes drive from hotel) +spa as swimming pool and massage availibility My sincere thanks to Mrs. Paula :)for her perseverance and full readiness to help despite the late hours ( 2 times)...

Netherlandssheets and towels should be more carefully treated, when we arrived I found many hairs on the new sheets. also the bottom sheets are not soft and nice feeling.

NetherlandsStaff rude Price was doubled that what I paid on booking because I didn’t indicate there was an extra adult and two teenagers in reservation. Facilities not clean Staff mentions they are not child friendly hotel even though they have children’s club and never indicated that in their advertisement Breakfast is extremely mediocre Food is way expensive and not based on Austrian standards and normal hospitality
Property is over prices for what you get. Only good thing is location
