Parking; location close to the center of the town; 20min walk to the lake.

Really low value for money. The door had a very bad noise insulation, so guests coming back in late would wake you up. Very basic breakfast.

spacious room and nice bathroom. bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and there were available parking spots in front of the hotel. we also had dinner in the hotel and the food was great. walking distance from the lake and the area is very nice. we had a nice stay!

Perfect hotel for a hiking trip around Maurach. The staff were all lovely, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Location top - close to the Rofan Gondola as well as close to the busstops for buses in the region. All buses included with the guest card. The breakfast staff was very friendly. The room was very big for me and my two boys (8 and 5 years old). The mattress was very comfortable. The bath was newly furbished, a bit small with little room to place stuff, but totally doable.

You could here a lot from neighbouring rooms as well as from the hallway. For a hotel in a hiking area, I would wish there to be an option for a packed lunch to take to the mountains. It is not allowed to take stuff from the buffet (understandable as probably hard to take into account), but there should be an option to order a reasonable packed lunch the night before or sth like that.

Beautiful mountain view from the window and balcony, with a side view of Lake Achensee. The room was clean and recently renovated. The bathroom was nice and functional, though the sink was a bit small. The shower allows for precise temperature control. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t really like the very soft mattresses – unless you weigh under 50 kg, they’re not very comfortable. The hotel is located by a relatively busy road, but the windows are soundproof when closed. The lighting in the rooms is quite outdated, mostly old fluorescent fixtures. Breakfast had a limited selection and lacked variety.

What a wonderful location. I wish I had booked a longer stay. It was so relaxing, with great views. Staff was VERY understanding and helpful.

Fantastic selection of food for breakfast, lovely lady who knew what you were looking for without even asking, easy parking, food was nice in the bar and the staff there were friendly too

For €280 for the night it wasn’t great, our bedroom didn’t have a window, the decor looked old basic and tired. The info said mini bar and coffee making facilities and neither were present, If it hadn’t been for the fantastic breakfast it would have scored much worse, I think you are purely paying for the location to the lift which is next door. A shame as the staff were all nice.

Everything was great! The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and polite and the breakfast was very good.

I have no complaints.

Can be a good choice for skiers

Overrated and definitely overpriced . Got a family room for 4 but the sopha bed is not fit for 2 kids . Got a room with lake view for 15 euro more and was no lake view. Breakfast was less then basic , got there at 9:15 most of the food were finished and only some of them were refilled . Can be good choice if the price is 40 % less .

Very beautiful place to stay! Clean and comfortable room with fridge, nice bathroom and big balcony with a mountain view. Delicious breakfast (huge variation of food). Free parking. Restaurant and bar. Common room with billiards, darts and other games
