- Familie Spa is not as nice as the Alpen Spa (which is not accessible for young kids) - The playroom could use some upgrade and refreshment (it smelled very musty) - The waiter several times took our pricey cocktails with still 1/3 cocktail left, away - Dinner was put on the table while we were both not at the table (we had to check our daughter in the bedroom), this wasn’t communicated - Overall 500+ euro per night still seems a bit excessive

Brand-new, amazing spa, pool, and views, with excellent food. The design suites are incredible, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A beautiful ski resort.

Loved the design comfort and value for money. The staff was so nice to check us in really late without any hassle. I even left behind an important personal item and they’re helping me get it back as we speak :) Personally loved the ‘c type’ cable direct chargers by the bedside.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel which was nice but had no air conditioning. As it was really hot during our stay we had to leave the windows open and that made us hear the street noise.

The food was amazing, even the „Nachmittagsjause“ felt like a proper dinner buffet. Very beautiful SPA, nice rooms (nothing special though) and friendly staff. Definitely can recommend!

The chlorination in the pool was to high and we all had issues with the skin. We do understand that it is difficult with so many kids in the pool but it was still not pleasant.

The set up in the restaurant and the amenities for the kids was excellent. The staff from the check-in through the restaurant and the the room keeping were all very friendly.

There weren’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This would have been nice as we are early risers and breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am. Also after a day skiing it would have been nice. The pillows were all feather. I should have requested a different one!

The price was way too high. With the amount of people we were, we could have easily fit into one suite but the system told us we need two (and drove the cost up). Breakfast offer at 7.15am was very limited, no warm foods yet, no eggs etc. Parking was completely full. Spa was quite basic. Not what I’ve expected.

Good Location close to cable car (but far away from everything else). nice design, staff were helpful. Rooms very spacious.

We didn‘t get the room we booked. We booked an apartment (with fireplace and 3 bedrooms) and during the checkin they told us that our room isn‘t available anymore and that we get an „upgrade“ to a familyroom. According to the prices on the website it was a more expensive room. However there were only 2 bedrooms and no fireplace. It felt like a downgrade! We talked to the receptionist and as an excuse we received a free drink at the bar. But still, you can‘t be sure if you get the room you booked. Unfortunately the hotel was pretty full and plenty of people were reserving beds in the spa area with their towel. Therefore we couldn‘t find a single empty bed in the spa area which was sad. We then went to the family spa where we luckly found some beds to relax

So important to know, go to the spa area in the morning when it‘s less crowded.

- room is too hot in the evening after it is “cooked” by the sun all day, no air conditioning was available in the room. - family wellness area facilities were off most of the day. - indoor family pool needs some cleaning - Too bad the good wellness area is for adults only, so if you are travelling with kids, you cant really enjoy it.

Good overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family.
