The rooms were quite hot but no air conditioning.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was good for the activities we had planned. The kids loved the pool. We all loved the all inclusive breakfast and dinner provided, many options to choose from. The staff were all lovely. A lovely family atmosphere.

Nothing much. Maybe the location is a bit remote. But thats OK. Timings of the Sauna and the Fitness room could be better.

Hotel has just one sauna and it can be a bit of an issue if the hotel is full and it's winter time. If you want a quiet place to relax you should look elsewhere as this is a family hotel full of kids.

hotel is near 3zinnen dolomity resort and we used it as our base for skiing. Hotel personnel is very informative and always willing to help you. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel..

Old hotel but very well maintained. Comfortable room, clean. Staff is very nice and professional. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel is 5 minutes from Italy and Dolomites, so the location is perfect. Nature is wonderful near the hotel as well, we rented and ride bikes along the river Drau, just perfect.

Lot of families and children, was very noisy at evening. I wouldn't recommend it for those who want some peace. But everything else was nice.

Staff from reception to restaurant were very nice, they were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is really nice for families.

The hotel is very kid-friendly. So.....if you like an "adults only" environment....dont go.

The All in formula (drinks and afternoon cake), The comfy rooms, the breakfast and evening buffets. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location near station with access to as well Austria as Italy (Pustertal) . A little way away from the crowds.

My positive testimonial is proportionate to the amount we paid. Do not expect a four star hotel refinement. If you are looking for a real four star hotel you should increase your budget. I recommend it for families and groups. Less for couples.

Perfect family holiday on the slopes. Great price / quality ratio. Good opportunities for entertaining young kids at the swimming pool. Large room with large bathroom and a bathtub. Proximity to the Italian ski resort 3 zinnen / 3 cime, about 5 km, and to the Austrian one in Sillian. Both are easily accessible by car (free parking) or public transport. We have always found something we liked for breakfast and dinner, including my daughter. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange several services for you, like the skipasses.

Very nice place for family, large, well eqipped rooms, great meal in restaurant, helpful staff. Short distance to some of must-see places in the Dolomites.

We really enjoyed our stay especially our kids! The staff were just incredible! would highly recommend! love the pool and kids club. The dinner was so affordable, my kids ate free! breakfast was included! All includes drinks and board games!!! wow!
