Dining room too crowded and very hot - very strict about where you sat in the dining room - it would have been nicer to have been a bit more relaxed and able to have choice of sitting inside or outside particularly in the summer time when v.hot

The food was excellent. The children had a great time because of the additional activities that were available. We liked the location. Although the hotel was full, there was enough parking space. The staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel for every recommendation.

The pictures of the hotel are outdated, the room was good, we had all we needed. There is a very good gym and spa on the proprety and the food at the restaurant was great. The staff at the hotel were friendly and fast.

Parking situation was not ideal due to the uncleaned roads, and it was slippery to walk to the car. Also our room was facing the parking cars, which seemed not to be unique, but this was a surprise. We did not need too much view this time, given we were mostly not in our room, so it was OK. Lastly we had to wait for the receptionist quite some time to be able to check in, when we arrived.

Dining was definitely the highlight! Compliments for the chef and kitchen staff! We were also happy with the cleanness of the room and the hotel as well as the facilities available. Everyone was helpful, flexible and kind. Lastly an other guest took our keys, when we were in the sauna. Fortunately hotel staff was kind and fast enough to help, so we could get in to our room.

Staff in restaurant were hot and cold - it was unclear how choosing dinner options work and we were told off for not having ordered at breakfast. My tip if you are going: you have to circle your order in the menu on your table during breakfast and give the number of orders. I was threatened with not having a dinner at all for not knowing even though we weren’t told! It was fine, I got food. Still the ladies were so rude. But they were nice once we knew what to do the next day. Very confusing. Also the rooms are not sound proof - we were woken up by a group of people coming back to the hotel drunk at 2am. You could hear loud door banging, laughter, and shouting.

Great value for money. Wonderful views. Excellent breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. We were very impressed with the quality and quantity of food. Great facilities for kids and adults.

Amazing. Exceeded our expectation in every way. Food was delicious, rooms comfy, staff super friendly. Amazing, spacious spa and gym with gorgeous view. Add the overall friendly atmosphere in Filzmoos to the mix and you get a perfect vacation.

The rooms were incredible, The beds were super comfortable and also in every room you have a balcony and a awsome view. The breakfast was also really good , and the spa was also amazing. there us also a nice spa. The dinner was good, kind of gourma but the food might be cold sometimes.

Well furnished rooms, well cleaned daily. Kind and helpful staff. A satisfactory selection of tasty dishes for breakfasts, good and large dinners. Everything according to the description and photos. Pleasant common areas (sauna, swimming pool, games room). Very good location for trips to the mountains and visiting the surrounding tourist attractions.

The owner guy who was in the last day of my stay was a nice person but was a bit defensive, unlike the rest of the hotel family who were more welcome and more understanding.

The view is very nice. (Village view) The staff were very accommodating. The room is considered a bit spacious and welcoming, balcony was nice and the room service was good enough.
