AlpenParks is where you want to spend your vacation! We were a little concerned due to former reviews but decided to give it a chance because we loved the pictures, the view, and the location. The new management is absolutely amazing! Don't let previous reviews get to you. We had a five-star experience and were so sad we had to leave after one week. Now to the details - staff is super friendly, welcoming, helpful, and informative. We got loads of advice regarding trails around, always with a smile. We got a really big apartment that opens up into the hills and mountains. It had everything you'd possibly need from towels to bathrobes to kitchen utensils. And of course, everything was super clean. The pool was warm, so it made it so much fun, even on windy afternoons. The view from every corner is absolutely stunning! There are so many trails all around, we did part of the Lechweg trail that crosses right by the hotel and some other routes. Breakfast was rich with many options, the staff there also very friendly and helpful. There were donuts for the kids, lots of healthy options too. It would have been nice to have some different options every day, though. We got a designated underground parking spot for our car. We did not bring our dog along, but it was very nice to see how welcoming the hotel is for dogs. Warth is a very small and lovely town, we loved the vibes. There's a small supermarket right by the hotel and a larger one in Lech, a short drive away. There are great restaurants around the town.

It would have been nice to have a free laundry room for the guests.

An absolutely excellent place to stay for families of all ages. Thanks to the true ski-in/ski-out access, even in mid-March, our family could start skiing together each morning. Later in the day, we easily split up based on preferences—some of us had the energy to ski all day, while others preferred to start the après-ski earlier.:))) The warm outdoor pool with magnificent mountain views was amazing! It stayed pleasantly warm even while it was snowing. Everything was comfortable, clean, modern, just as in hotel images. Car parking, ski storage, fitness center, and swimming pool are all conveniently connected and easily accessible.

The breakfast assortment could be a bit more varied from day to day. Also, when dining at the hotel’s restaurant, be prepared for a potentially long wait between ordering and being served. We had to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes. While the food was absolutely delicious, it would have been helpful if the waiter had informed us about the wait time, so we could have ordered an appetizer in advance.

location and well designed appartment

Low temperature in connecting corridor. From the 3rd building to the connecting corridor you walk about 15 meters outside. It was upleasant especially going back from the wellness & pool, which was based in the main building.

Staff were amazing. Room was spacious with great facilities Breakfast was excellent. Ski in ski out was very handy!

We loved everything! The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, when we were greeted by the manager, until we left, we were very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of each member of staff. Our apartment was well equipped and in a great location. The breakfast was great too! The staff at breakfast Matt & Georgia, were exceptional!

Large, comfortable, clean and well finished two bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and a fantastic bathroom. The building has secure indoor parking and underground access to the main building with the pool. Very little to fault with the apartment itself other than a slight lack of decent cookware/cutlery and a broken clip on the main shower which meant the second shower head didn't stay in place (very minor issue). Great views of the mountains. Self evidently a fantastic location more generally.

Our main issue by far was the fact there was a live building site 10 metres from our bedroom window that started at 8:30 every weekday morning. A new building going up directly in front of the one we stayed in. Not only was this highly annoying as it prohibited any lying in and was loud all day, it also spoilt the view significantly. When we asked the receptionist on the first day they worked (we arrived on Saturday night) if there was anything to be done or even if she new what times they were working etc, she simply shrugged and told us it wasn't anything to do with them and just one of those things. It was difficult to get details of how to arrive/get in after hours, arriving around 9-10pm. My wife had to call multiple times through the afternoon before they sent an email with details. The pool was also generally small for the number of people using it.

The spacious and comfortable appartement. Nice beds also for larger persons. The location and village itself is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants and beautiful nature with a lot of things to do nearby.

Be aware before booking; the locations is understaffed, this was noticeable with the available staffs mood. Additional services couldn’t always be offered because of this. In 9 days there was no cleaning or towel change… There was a noisy construction site next to the apartment. This wasn’t communicated up front and the staff wasn’t able/willing to find a solution (e.g. other room). All in all price/quality was poor.

Very good breakfast. Perfect location. Real Ski in, Ski out. Amazing pool and Spa. Great room & underground parking. We had to change our flight after the hotel booking, and the reception staff were very helpful and succeed to solve our problem.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant can be improved.
