Our room was missing mountain view. Wellness was included but only naked wellness was available. Recommend to have timeslot for std one or limit the naked condition to the sauna….

The receptionist was not nice, she mechanically gave the information and handed over the entrance cards. In the wellness area, you had to return the 5 EUR/piece rented towel every day and the next day this cost was charged again when renting a new towel. I think that returning the towel should not be mandatory, or we should offer hotel guests a discount on the rental price for the duration of their stay.

Carefully designed building with quality materials, satisfying every comfort. The restaurant has excellent cuisine and the staff is kind and friendly, we felt very comfortable. The wellness is also of high quality.

As we were traveling with our 3 kids but the small ones are 10 and 12 years old we were not able to visit the spa zone

Everything was super great, the quality stays on high level everytime we com back. The sauna resort is big, but always crowdy, but you can enjoy it for free and you can walk there from the room hotel underground. Good location for skiing.

SPA area is part of a public spa center. Guests of carpe solem get access. To me it felt crowded. But it's personal preference.

The spacious apartment, over 100 m², wowed us with its tasteful decor and a mountain-view terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher added extra comfort, and the two large bathrooms plus a smaller one were perfect for our group. A special thanks to the reception staff who called on our arrival day to explain the access card procedure clearly. The tourist card benefits, providing free or discounted access to numerous attractions in Lungau, were a delightful bonus. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Overall, the experience was simply "wow."

Very spacious apartment. Modern and nice. Provide lungau card that gives access for free activities. The apartment has its own entrance. The kitchen is filled with all the needed kitchenware. You get to have your own balcony. There is a nearby adeg supermarket where you can walk to it. The receptionist was friendly.

The restaurant was closed during the day (opening only in evening) and fully closed on Monday and Tuesday. Would be great to have a lobby bar, but still - there were some pubs nearby, so overall it was OK.

We liked comfort, garage parking, helpful staff, overall comfort and apartment that was fully equipped. Located directly in the center of charming village, next to various ski areas.

Parking has a fee and needs to be reserved, make sure to call ahead. Apartment lacked basic supplies, such as enough toilet paper, enough towels, salt, etc. Wellness area is open for non-guests as well, and requires guests to be without swimwear in ALL areas (incl. pools and jacuzzi). Towels had to be rented every day for 4 EUR for sauna.

Great location for skiing if you prefer smaller villages as opposed to tourist town. 20-25min drive from Obertauern and Katschberg. Nice and cozy apartment if you book the ones with terraces.

In the bedroom the floor was not clean, it seemed it was not properly vacuumed.

The hungarian receptionist András was very nice and professional. The accomodation was stylish and modern. It was very great that we could get the Lungau card for free and we could use it for several activities.
