There were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine (at least for one morning when checking in for several days) and no tea. Please also leave some salt. The layout of the two bedrooms in the basement is a bit unusual, and there is a ventilation issue there: an exhaust system is needed, since the sauna is also located in the same area. Although the rooms themselves are comfortable and everything is fine overall, but there is not enough fresh air, even with the window left open overnight! (These are three-bedroom apartments located on the ground floor)

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need: a large amount of kitchenware, a convenient location, a beautiful view of the mountains, and comfortable beds and pillows. A very nice green yard and terrace.

Despite being new facility, the cleaning was not good . There is insects at night . There is no washing machine at house .

There was no elevator, so the stairs were tiring to carry bags.

No fans, no AC. No AC is apparently a fine print on Bookings.com. But make sure you are cool with it. But there were no fans either. (While the lady at the reception told us that there are)

Great place. They gave us an upgrade. Make sure you understand that there is no A/C in this place. Around here, in June to August it is hot. Though our room was slightly cooler. Collecting the key is an ordeal. The keys are at the city center and not at the location. Rooms are great and there is a living room and fully furnished kitchen if you really want to make use of it (we did not use it extensively). The Reception told us that there are fans in the house, but there weren't any. So that was a bit disappointing.

To be honest “nothing”. Although they don’t have AC as almost all hotels in this area no AC but they offer a fan when the weather isn’t cold.

My second time at AlpenParks. I love this place. Starting from the staff and ending with place. They have many locations at the area. I got the two bedroom chalet and it was amazing with nice view and large garden.

Like: Modern and bright, super clean, good location not too far from the lift, good value for the money. Dislike: check-in was a mess with the keybox not working properly and having been told a wrong address and nobody to help at midnight. Shower smelled. Train runs in front of the garden (luckily not at night)

Need thermostatic valves on the showers, the extractor fan for the oven doesn't vent outside so the whole apartment smells of food very quickly when cooking.

Big 4 bedroom apartment, very warm, light and well equipped. It's 10 minutes on the bus to the nearest ski station and 30 minutes to the glacier at Kaprun. Comfortable sitting area, big TV, multiple bathrooms including sauna and 2 baths. Good value compared to other options we looked at and is 10 minutes drive to Zell am See centre.

The AC I would recommend people to come on cold season for this apartment and take high floor because if you open the window at the ground floor you won't feel safe

The apartment was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for four people, equipped with everything we needed for a one-week stay. The staff was remarkably helpful, friendly, and responsive. The location is also convenient, there is a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away that provides direct access to the ski lifts. AreitXpress is only one stop away (5 minutes by bus), and parking is available as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment is very average. The floors are probably not washed at all or very rarely before the arrival of new guests. After the first day, our indoor slippers showed how dirty it was, and the dark tiles help hide it from the eyes. we had the same situation last year.

We were in the same apartment last year already. So it was not a surprise for us. Three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms were the main reason of our selection (and a sauna of course)
