Had no hot water one evening. It did get repaired but could have done with a hot bath after skiing. Last night another apartment had a party. Really loud music shouting door banging till early hours. No one to call at this point to sort it out so my husband had to go and have a word. It did quieten down but no sleep that night.

Location about an 8 min walk to city express lift. We hired lockers at Brundl which was worth the money. Right near lake and short walk to spar and town centre.

We had problem with wifi, it was not working all the time. Washing machine was not in room, it was public in building and you must pay extra for it. Between our building and lake is road and railway and is pretty loud if you want enjoy terrace. There was no toilet paper in the room and when I was calling for it some woman said to me that they are not giving any toilet paper and you must buy it by yourself.

View is beautiful, big and nice room with a lot of windows. There is floor heating in every room and you can adjust it by your own. We had big kitchen with everything what you need. rooms and toilet are big and spacious. We have been in room 31B. we had problems with huge and high pillows and they bring us new ones.

Apartment needs upgrading. Smart TV's a must when you've kids than need Netflix and movies. It's a disaster not having any smart TV, Netflix etc...first world problem but very important when on holidays. Couches probably need upgrading and the timber floor In the kitchen to be re-sanded and varnished. Other than that a lovely apartment. Perfectly located. We loved our trip.

Location is brilliant. Apartment looks onto the lake. Scenery is spectacular. Everything you'd need in the apartment for a week away. We have stayed in TOP 10 before and also liked that.

the hairdryer was broken, the heating in two of the rooms was not working properly, there were no mini shampoos/douche gels available, the sauna was on with the reception working hours only (up to 18:00 in the evening)

Loads of fixtures were broken and needed a lot of maintenance. The first day we arrived one of the bricks fell from the brick pattern done on the pillar. After complaining the maintenance people came and checked all the bricks and apparently few of them were loose.

The apartment was near the centre and had beautiful views of the lake . It was very big in size. Safe and convenient parking.

Didn't like the location. In fact, felt quite depressed when we arrived as we were given to understand the "Resort" was on the lake's edge, but we had a very busy road and railway line, and another hotel in front of us although we could see the lake. The weather precluded us from using the outdoor area, but it wouldn't have been pleasant sitting out there having a relaxing time.

The apartment was comfortable and roomy. Communication with the property was efficient, and when we had double booked by accident, money was refunded promptly. Instructions clear and concise. Kitchen facilities excellent.
