Dear Booking.Com-Team, At the time of our booking, the pictures shared on your website related to the Top 4 Apartment included an image of a sauna. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed when we found out that this apartment did not include a private sauna, even though it was one of our main reasons why we decided to come back to the "Alpinresidenzen". By now, we noticed that you removed the picture of the sauna for the Top 4 Apartment - however, for us, this was an extremely disappointing factor upon arrival and during our stay. While speaking to the management of the property, they confirmed the same, mentioning that the sauna picture was posted on your website before. Apart from that, we highly recommend equipping all apartments with portable ACs, fans or other portable cooling devices to make the stay more comfortable during the summer. While we appreciate having experienced a second wonderful summer in Austria, it is unbearable inside the apartment when you try to sleep in the night, when it gets very hot in the wooden apartment. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

We stayed at the "Alpinresidenzen" for the second time and, once again, truly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect if you travel by car, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area and within a decent reach, also accessible by bike. The apartment's modern and cozy design as well as the layout were great, making it very comfortable. We appreciated that most of the windows in Top 4 were equipped with mosquito nets. The property management/ one of the staff members on-site was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in the area, etc. We can highly recommend the accommodation, whether you travel as a couple, with friends or with family including kids.

As far as the facilities were concerned, the only think we missed was a toaster, but this did not impede the enjoyment of the accommodation or the holiday.

The location in relation to the main lift of the resort was "walk in" "ski back". It was fine; it was only a 3 min walk to the gondolas.

-It was quite warm while we stayed, the appartment has no airconditioning. Supplying the rooms with fans would be great. - We arrived late during the evening (no daylight) and there was very little lighting to guide us to the residences and our own appartment. We had to use our phones for some extra light.

Beautiful newand spacious appartment with an absolute stunning view. Perfect to enjoy late evenings or the sunrise. We had a wonderful stay as a family of four (we stayed at top 15). Lots of activities to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the view and go for a walk/hike nearby

This is a fantastic apartment (Top 5) with gorgeous views, fantastic facilities such as modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna and large balcony area. I can't think of something negative about this place.

It was perfect! The staff sent us detailed instructions on how to get into the room before our arrival. Everything was planned and organized to the small details. The apartment is modern designed and large enough to accommodate a large group without overcrowding. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dining tools.

The brand new smell was still there a bit. The balcony is dusty but it is because of the environment, not because it lacks cleaning. The third bedroom bed is a sofa bed so it is rather squeaky.

The apartment is brand new, the instructions complete. It is located in a very beautiful place and comes very well equipped. Get up the gondola right next to it during a clear day, the views were breathtaking.

Dishwasher not working. Ventilation in bathrooms not working. Slow reaction time to reported issues. Delayed replacement of dishwasher on 6th day without notification during breakfast. Very inconvenient planning.

I don’t like that they kept some stuff of previous tenants specially the food stuff, some expired some opened!

Location was very good near to many attractions in sankt Ulrich and sankt Jakob, the weather during my stay end of August was perfect. The apartment no 17 was well equipped with the best view. We didn’t meet any of the staff as its self check in, however we had a problem with the stovetop not working and one of the farmers thankfully gave us a help.
