    - we have got a renovated room which was almost as good as the pictures in internet - nice Wellness area, almost fully made new - some employees were trying to be friendly

    The hotel is trying to get each cent from the guests where possible. As a guest you have a feeling that you disturb the hotel staff: - 750ml bottle of water for dinner is 7,5 euro. And this is the only option to get water for kids for dinner. The first time in Austrian hotel I see no chance to get „mountain water“ which the region is so proud of - We had to stay for 2.5 hours at the dinner waiting for the food because there was a bigger group celebrating birthday in the hotel restaurant. The response of a waiter was: sorry, there is bigger group we have to serve altogether - In Finnish sauna you will get 70 degrees compared to 80-90 standing on sauna front - Massage will be 45 minutes instead of 50 minutes announced - Massage is worse than okey(ish) - SPA is open until 19:30 only - No option to cool down after saune (no ice machine, no cold water in showers) - Indoor swimming pool is small and super busy - Vey small gym - Dinner is moderate, some dishes were good - changing - Breakfast is not changing from day to day - The worst is staff unfriendliness (long read as a not only example is below) I have booked a massage and was too late for the treatment. My fault which I admitted at reception. The lady at reception said nothing (no even Hello) except for „but you have to pay it anyways“. To my remark to consider not the full payment, after long discussion she said she was going to approach her chef. No one said anything to me. At the check-out I saw a full price at the bill. The chef, totally unfriendly tired woman, was appearing after the call of the receptionist. She simply did not let me talk. I was saying one word, she added ten. After I was asking her to let me say a full sentence, she said (I quote) „I am already listening to you for ten minutes“ (no, it was three minutes).

    Dear readers of this respected booking portal, as already threatened on site, our hotel guest wrote to us shortly after their stay to express their dissatisfaction. We would of course like to apologize for this unpleasant situation but also comment on the fact that some points were not presented correctly in our opinion. It should also be mentioned that our entire offering (sauna, pool, opening times, etc.) is clearly listed on our website, in our offers, etc. We have been working hard for many years and are fortunate to have many regular and repeat guests. Disappointed guests are therefore a rarity, and we are also surprised that the family was not at all well-received in our hotel. We asked our hotel guests about the waiting time for dinner, but unfortunately no one could confirm a waiting time of more than 2 hours. The couple had booked a massage during their stay and were unable to keep it. Our regulations clearly state that cancellation of a booked appointment is possible free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. On this day, the demand for massages was very high and other guests would have been delighted to receive some physical pampering. Mr. Ganshina arrived 10 minutes late for his appointment. On days with time slots, the masseur can manage treatments beyond the booked time slot as a gesture of goodwill. However, as all appointments were subsequently booked, this was unfortunately not possible on this day and the treatment time was therefore shortened by 10 minutes. Our employees, as well as the management, make every effort to ensure the friendliness and well-being of all our guests. However, we believe that if a guest is uncooperative, it does not justify treating an apprentice, a member of staff, or even the boss at reception with contempt in this regard. After speaking to our valued hotel guest for 15 minutes, I tried to find a solution and asked about their expectations and their desired solution to their problem. After another 10 minutes of listening, we gave the couple a 10% discount on both massages. With our accommodating attitude, we perceived the couple's satisfaction.     Amazing stay! The food was incredibly tasty, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The parking area was spacious and convenient, and the view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. See slopes are good for first day skiing, warming up. Ischgl at 20 minutes driving. Highly recommend!

    Unfortunately, our table in the restaurant was by a drafty terrace door, which was little uncomfortable. Also, I found chewing gum on my car’s rear camera twice while parked in front of the hotel, but without surveillance cameras, we couldn’t identify who and why did it. Could enhance security by installing surveillance cameras in key areas.

    Beautiful location, comprehensive overall service offerings, nice interior design, super friendly and helpful personnel. Big shout out to the bar tender who took perfect care for us. The pool area was nice and the views amazing.

    The dinner menu seemed great but unfortunately the taste and presentation kept behind expectations. The balcony/terrace of the room could have used a bit more care.

    Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, common areas in excellent condition and the food was delicious, they even took into account that I was pregnant to give me alternatives on the menu.

    Restaurant staff were amazing Pool Food quality both breakfast and dinner View of the room is amazing

    No AC, I couldn't even open my windows most of the due to the fact that next room has smokers sitting on the balcony. Be aware that the daily transport ticket given to you at the reception is not free, unlike all other previous similar tickets I had during my stay in Austria. AC in the restaurant is old and poor, it was very hot.

    We liked everything. A beautiful hotel in a quiet place but with easy access and a ski bus right outside the hotel, and the one to Ischgl 3 minutes even in ski boots, ok. Large rooms, we were in a Suite, very stylish, thoughtful, comfortable huge bed, always fresh water, coffee, view of the mountains, blackout blinds, huge shower. The food completes the whole stay, we were delighted. Elegant dinners, several dishes to choose from, sensational soups, desserts, top main courses. Delicious breakfasts, local products, cheeses, bread, a large selection of cold cuts, freshly squeezed juices. Wellness is excellent, probably the best we've been to, intimate quiet beautiful, you can drink water tea to read. The hotel bar has a wonderful evening atmosphere, very good drinks, a bartender with a smile, all this encourages you to relax after dinner and a day of skiing. Get to know the history of the hotel. We felt luxurious and special.
