Very nice spacious apartment in excellent location. “AktivCard” was included in the price of the accommodation and it was an excellent bonus giving us free access to multiple attractions in the area. Table tennis, wellness, playground are available.

The location is great. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. As a bonus you get a card which gives you a lot of discounts or free experiences. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Permanent stress and pressure not to trigger any fire alarm sensors, be it in the sauna or in the room. We were told right upfront by the check-in that a 700+ Euros will be charged if fire alarm is triggered and firemen arrive. This makes the kitchen in the room basically useless.

The location is a fairy tale with beautiful nature and many tracks around. The active card was really helpful and we used it multiple times for going up, for the swimming pool or in Wurzeralm.

There (in the village) is not much to do except skiing, literally one good coffee and a few mediocre restaurants.

Everything. It was a great stay for a group of colleagues. Good enough privacy, considering we were in one big apartment.

Reception for check-in only until 7pm, could be at least until 8.

Excellent location - just few minutes walk to the center /shops, restaurants etc/, skibus infront of the reception/across the street that goes every cca 15 mins in the morning and then back in the afternoon. Friendly stuff, well equipped appt with stylish but still very cosy look. Spacius ski room with plenty of skishoes heaters right at the ground flooor.

Nothing. Everthing was perfect.

Modern & clean room with everything you need. A good location to the ski area with a bus (3 minutes ride). Friendly staff. Sauna was amazing! After a long day with skiing, it was great to go to sauna and relax. We stayed here over the new year, and the fireworks on the new year's eve were wonderful. There is a playground outside, and my kids loved to play there, and they had fun with sledding. The ski area has nice ski area for kids, and my kids had a good ski lesson there. Highly recommended for families with kids!

The apartment was very nice and I had a great time with my family, we did a lot of adventures together and we enjoyed it very much.

I would strongly recommend that all payments for the accommodation be made upfront at the time of arrival. This would be more transparent. When I was checking out, I was asked at the reception desk to pay an additional 120 EUR for city tax, linens, and towels. It would have been more convenient for me to pay this at the time of arrival.

The facility is well-designed, combining usability and aesthetics. The apartment was spacious, so our children were not only thrilled to explore the Alps but also enjoyed playing inside. The playground in front of the facility is also a great idea—thanks for that! The Phyrn-Priel active card is marvelous!

The stuff was nice, We enjoyed very much frim the stay, Just felt not so pleasent wehen we asked for another tab for dishwosher and they wanted payment for that we stay 7 night 5 persons and we had 4 tab for dishwasher..

The apartments are well equipped, so much so, that a choice of electric cooking plates, dishware, diswasher, quality coffee machine, electric tea pot and multi function microwave oven provide ample kitchen applienaces. The lack of toaster stood out only for this very reason.

Beautiful area, perfect accomodation in wonderful settings. The village has everything to offer that a few-day-holiday requires for an active resting.

The bed is very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which is understandable since it is a winter accommodation. However, in the summer heat, it was sorely missed. The rooms are designed to retain heat in winter, but during this period, it felt like a sauna because of it. At the accommodation, there is a towel fee which is mentioned, but just a note: it should be included in the total price because listing it separately at the end during checkout can lead to misunderstandings.

The staff is very kind, and the environment is beautiful.

No swimming pool, location (the whole village) has only 2 mediocre restaurants open. The village is actually the biggest disappointment, no interesting place to eat, nothing to see around, no night-life :(

Modern, clean, fully equipped appartment with balcony and just 5minutes walk to the main ski-lift. Nice wellness area!

Generally there was too warm - the snow on the slope was melting and conditions were poor.

I did not like that there are extra fees (cca 120 EUR which was 15 % of our total price) charged besides the main price that is on Booking and you only see that once you make your booking. I find it dishonest and really unnecessary to pay extra for bed linens or whatever it is. I do not see any reason for this except you want to make your price look lower in Booking search, which is scammy.

Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Sauna is huge and very cosy. Everything is new and clean.
