It’s minor stuff. Internet connection was quite slow and the TV wasn’t working.

It was close to the center and river. Beautiful and clean. Plus the owner was super helpful to us. Even during the departure time, it was raining and they let us stay little longer.

The building works in the next building. The coffee machine worked well, but there was no sugar and no milk! The sign stating the name of the building could only be seen from one side of the building and not on the front, as we drove down from the town, the sign was behind us and not visible.

Extremely comfortable, and spacious,but due to building works in the next building being woken up just before 07.00 spoilt our overnight stay. The apartment was very clean, but a bit cold and we didn’t know how to put the heating on.

There was a washing& machine and dryer in the cellar but it was unclear if we could use it. We ended up washing but couldn't use the dryer as when we turned it on the electricity went off

The location was great, and the private parking adjacent to the entrance was convenient.

- a few old spider webs in the corners of the bedroom, and dirty tiles in the bathroom (near the door, towards the floor) - the matresses are very soft and lower than the margin of the bed, which is a bit unusual, but not a big deal

We got a really nice apartment, very pleasant and well equipped (even the kitchen and bathroom). The host was also very nice and helpful, although we did not get the chance to meet. We found the key-safe to work perfectly, everything in the kitchen was working. The only very small issues we found were that there were a few old spiderwebs here and there, and some very dirty tiles in the bathroom, but nothing major and nothing that a careful cleaning can't fix. All in all our stay was great and we would definetly stay again. The location is also superb, just a few minutes walk from everything worth seeing in Schärding, and also features free parking spots.

Some cobweb found in places and would be great to have chromecast for easier connection as we could not use the built in features of the TV to connect our smartphones for kids. (Or kids youtube app on tv). Otherwise all great!

Hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or pyjamas before showering. A small shelf is needed in shower to hold toiletries.

Well stocked kitchen. Heated towel rack. Modern look and ample dining table area with excellent lighting. Very commodious bedroom. The complimentary jam selection. Really close to tourist bureau and river inn promenade but a climb to Main Street.

Nothing bad at all, we would happily come here again. We rented 2 downstairs apartments, adjacent, the kitchen in one was quite cramped but is was fine for cooking and there was good space for 6 to eat.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from the centre of Schaerding and a couple of minutes walk from the river. Parking right outside the front door, very good communication from the owner re how to get in to the key box. The town is very attractive and the market excellent. Self-catering

Excellent location near the river and calming ambient of the old town creates creates a fairy tale vibe. Convenient parking place lets you left your car to enjoy location observing in details.

Location was great (virtually on the river at the bottom of the old town) - which is a bit of a walk from the bus terminal (but worth the walk).

Clean, quiet, HUGE, every facility you could wish for - we have been travelling for two and a half months and this was in our top two accommodation.

The pillows were too tick to be comfortable in my opinion, the curtains were too light to make it dark.

Easy system to collect the key, the appartments were very big and clean, the different flavours of marmelade were a nice touch in both appartments.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, we would like to back here. We're pleased to receive compliments here. Very close to the Inn river. Check in and check out are very handy.

A microwave oven would be even more comfortable. Parking is very convenient, but not visible in the GOOGLE Maps photos. Updating the photos would eliminate the traveller's advance concerns.

The apartment was well equipped for a long stay. The rooms are clean and the morning walks along the river are pleasant.
