Don’t forget to ask for your Kufstein pass at reception if it is not offered - it’s a great initiative for tourism in the area. We used ours to go to the haflinger horse centre at Ebbs, and a swim at Lake Walschsee.

Right in the old town, on the river, walking distance to Kufstein Fortress and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It also has a restaurant & historical bar attached. The breakfast was amazing & we at ours out on the terrace with a river view. We also booked a river-view room which was lovely. There are stairs but also a lift.

The remote control of the shower toilet was missing and therefore not usable as bidet. Reception was not able to provide us with a remote control. Lightning in room via remote control a bit complicated.

Nice hotel offering all the comfort you want. Nice room, superb view over the river, in the middle of the center of Kufstein. Good food and wine in the restaurant and nice breakfast. Good service.

There was nothing that spoilt our short overnight

We have stayed here before en route to go skiing further into the alps and this hotel is the start of the holiday for us . We enjoyed the restaurant attatched to the hotel who where very accommodating re our arrival time and the gin bar . Our room was comfortable with a view of the river inn. We will return if in the area .

Great stay at this hotel. Rooms are a comfortable size esp for a weekend stay, liked the quirky feel and seating in the window overlooking the castle. Surprise news when we arrived that we got tickets to the castle included which changed our plans so we could go and look in. Subsidized parking fee also a bonus. Breakfast was great and plentiful, bed very comfy and good shower. Great stuff thanks

My room which over looked street was very noisy because it’s a popular area for eating(as the weather was super hot I had to have window open) Also there was the choice of being able to see into adjacent property across the street, (and they see you) or a total black out curtain, which was a shame on the sunny mornings BUT rooms are open plan even the toilet!! I was disappointed in just ONE towel in bathroom, especially because I have long hair!!

Everything was perfect

What a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location in a historically significant town. The room was excellent, as was the staff. We had the balcony of the panoramic bar to ourselves in the late afternoon, enjoying the views regardless of the rain.

It would have been nice to have a family room with three beds.

We booked 1 double and 2 singles for our family of 4. All rooms were decorated beautifully in a terrific mix of old and modern. The old town location was perfect with a short walk to the train station. The street that the hotel and its restaurants is on is magical. Bonus that the river and river walk borders the other side. The food and drinks were delicious for breakfast, snacks and dinner.

It’s the most lovely place to stay. The lovely people who work there make it a home from home. I love the way it is both in an old building but which still feels completely modern and comfortable.
