Extremaly pleasant and helpfull owner, great, big and very clean apartament, all perfect, I sincerly recommend. Many thanks for unforgetable weekend!

Very good value for money. Everything you needed including little kitchenette. Close to supermarket. Art work on walls was attractive and interesting. Beds were very comfy. Shutters always appreciated. Had an excellent night sleep. Host very helpful and attentive. Easy, quick transport into centre.

There were quite a few people at the nearby station who were not in a good state so be aware, and walk around a different way if necessary.

The stay at this hotel was great. The wonderful breakfast (which was included in the price) was delivered to the room. You can rent bicycles nearby and get to the city center in 15 minutes.

The owner is very nice, speaks good English and would give a lot of local advice (restaurants, sites, transportation) upon request. Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and awesomely decorated!

Minor: need a short bus ride to reach city attractions, but this bus is very frequent and comfortable.

Excellent location just outside the city centre. Access to public transportation is very nearby. The apartment is huge and very well-maintained, it even has a working turntable with a great selection of vinyls. The breakfast selection is just outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from daily. It is delivered to your room, which makes it super special. The bathroom is very spacious with good shower temperature and water pressure. The bed is super comfy and huge. TV with cable and WiFi access. Minispli in the room. Most importantly, the attention and recommendations provided by the host are fantastic. He even helped with providing information on finding a medical doctor. We'll definitely go back next time in Vienna.

The gentleman who runs the property was fantastic. We were able to park outside the property and walk to a lovely dinner. The room was very clean and spacious. Additionally the gentleman was able to prepare us a lovely breakfast (see from the photo) which really helped with a days driving ahead. If I return to Vienna I would stay again.

The host was very helpful, friendly, and always available. The room was very large and the AC worked well. Breakfast was always on time and there were many options. Very close to public transportation.

We only stayed for one night, but now I can’t wait to come back. What stood out the most was how warm and genuinely attentive the host was, it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a hotel. The interior and overall vibe were just perfect stylish, cozy, and welcoming. And the breakfast… absolutely incredible! Fresh ingredients, homemade yogurt, and those unforgettable croissants, I’m still thinking about them. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Vienna, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

Authentic old Viennese house with many details from the past and a very active owner Panus who knows all about Vienna and the arts!

Location is not the most beautiful, but well connected by public transport to all the atractions within 10 minutes!

It is slightly dated and a bit of street noise (we are not city dwellers so city noise for us is unusual).
